If someone with bad intent wanted to add some nefarious items of a dangerous nature to AF1, would it be easier to infiltrate Boeing or some Qatari airfield?

I had similar thoughts, anon. Presumably this plane has been thoroughly inspected and electronically scanned for any such hidden items, and the software thoroughly checked for back doors and security flaws.
Personally, I hate the fact that Trump accepted this plane as a "gift". It tells the world we're for sale when our political leaders accept "gifts" of this magnitude. The Clintons profited personally from similar gifts to their foundation. POTUS by accepting the plane, made the entire nation appear it was for sale.
