As President, it is my priority to ensure that the United States can conduct key military and intelligence missions in contested cyber environments and that our personnel have access to the modern, secure technology they need to accomplish these missions.

Therefore, by the authority vested in me by the Constitution AND the laws of the United States, including section 3557 of title 44, United States Code, and section 301 of title 3, United States Code, it is hereby ordered:

1. "by the Constitution..." this is the President of the Republic along with CIC of the Republic military roles Trump occupies, AND

2. "the laws of the United States,..." this is the President of the Corporation (UNITED STATES and all subsidiaries owned by the US TREASURY) and CIC of the US CORP military which is now called the Department of War, back under Republic SILO and controlled by Republic military now. Technically, these "laws" are actually "Corporate bylaws of the US CORP entity" (all laws passed CORP CONGRESS since 15OCT1933)

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States AND of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

TLDR: EVERYONE is a dual citizen. "United States" = CORPORATION; Redefined later. Prior to this it was "the American Republic" made up of "united states" which included all states and their delegated power entity with states fully in control of the federal entity.

A. citizen of the United States federal entity, notionally still a Republic in 1868 with its HQ established in DC in 1871, but with the clear intent to turn it into a corporation per 1878 Trust Law carve out for elites and establishment of American Bar Association domiciled in a DC that was reorganized 7 years prior. US CORP formally created in January 1933 with passage of an Amendment that was activated 15OCT1933 with the installation of its first Corp President and VP on 20JAN1937. The last Republic President was inaugurated on 04MAR1933. Interestingly, it was the same man, FDR.

B. citizen of the state wherein they reside. The states were notionally still sovereign entities in 1868 with GREATER POWER than the federal entity (since they created it), each with the power of a sovereign nation, except for those limited powers explicitly enumerated and delegated to the federal entity to manage on their behalf. Citizen of sovereign Pennsylvania with a Governor more powerful than the President, for example.

Prior to the unconstitutional and fraudulent passage of the 14th Amendment, the federal entity was not its own thing. It was simply an extension of the states and tightly controlled by the states. This flipped the script and allowed the federal entity to become its own authority and eventually take control of the states by creating Municipal Service Corporation overlays (1933-1937 during bankruptcy reorganization #2, initiated 1931, exactly 140 years after 1791, 70+70).
