Yes, in the past I have had to explicitly request an absentee ballot. As of late however, I get mail-in ballots automatically. So you could well be right. The article didn't make clear what exactly the USPS would be refusing to deliver.
That said, there must be questionable things happening with the absentee lists given that blue states' reluctance to cough them up.
The absentee ballot count accuracy for years has long been an area in question - long before larger scale mail in ballots ever became a thing. I have no doubt many of us remember this. I suspect that because these states were able to get away with the fraud regarding absentee ballots, they simply decided to expand on the idea. So here we are today - 4am ballot drops and day or weeks of counting when we used to have the results on the day of the election. This whole thing is corrupt.
My mother has often used absentee ballots as she sometimes travels out of our state to care for loved ones. This year has been no different. She requested an absentee ballot. Everyone in the state now automatically receives mail in ballots since Covid. Anyway, when she mailed her primary ballot she sent it certified return receipt. She never received the return receipt. She went to the post office to find out what happened to her ballot. USPS was able to trace the ballot to the delivery point. What happened to it after that we don't know. Our state only has a record that you voted that can be accessed online but not how you voted. Everything here is so sus.
I also have a problem with being able to vote in the Republican primaries. This is the second time that I have been registered as a non-partisan after my voter registration was changed to Republican. They still have me down as non-partisan even though it was changed. I have spoken to other Nevadans that have the same issue. There is massive voter fraud in this state and most everyone knows it.
