That IRGC commander who was spouting off the other day needs to be a cautionary tale for the others. I have a suggestion. Offer a $1 Million bounty on that asshole commander. Whoever can pinpoint his location gets $250,000, The neighbors all around him get $5,000 each out of the remaining $750,000. Now they're all complicit. Will help with any retribution by other IRGC
There are also rouge elements who want to sabotage the deal. Iran does NOT have control of all elements who were on purpose given the permission to execute missions in the event of no communications from the central government.
The U.S. could take the position that the sovereign government of Iran, by definition, controls its military forces. Therefore, any military forces operating without and against its authority are revolutionary renegades and traitors who are not under the protection of the agreement. Against whom any retaliation is both consistent with the bounds of the agreement and a beneficial service to the central government. (You're welcome, that we will not charge you for this service.)
