But she was the first to identify foreign aid as being a deadly addiction for the Third World, and a source of graft (for which she was made persona non grata in Zambia). When you're right, you're right. Trump is starting to recalibrate foreign aid accordingly. It's also interesting to see that, where she starts out criticizing the "forced dependence" model of foreign aid, the Wikipedia article was quick to cite the fashionable criticism of that viewpoint.
The point is: a person from the Third World can meet or exceed First World standards of intellect and performance.
There shouldn't be any "recalibration," there should be ending.
No more immigration.
