I love hearing the good stuff foreigners are saying about America….its uplifting after being bombarded by the likes of Joy Reid and Joy Behar from the View saying how they hate our country.
Hmmmm I was in the 50ies 10 years after WWII, I grew around REAL men, now I look around major cities and feel sorry for their society, the women, the children no having a John Wayne type around, makeup for men WTF
If you get out of the cities you find more blue collar, gritty, manly men. Out of necessity. There is work to be done and they know how to do it. I prefer that world.
I live in Sweden and I've been to the USA many times and I just love the country! The funny thing is that those who speaks badly about the US are the ones that never been there other the ones with severe TDS!

Hard not to like someone who likes you back. At least in Zambia, Americans are well received. When our daughter came here to visit for several months, she was uniformly agog at everything she saw. Not so much that it was entirely novel, but more the profusion and variety and the utter commonality of it all.
Not a soccer visitor. He and his wife took a months long road trip through the US. They are back in England and have applied for immigration. They think it will take 10 years. But at the rate the brits are losing all freedoms, asylum might be a quicker route.
