You will NOT receive a commemorative passport if you:

Apply online

Mail in your application

Apply at a U.S. embassy or consulate abroad

Apply in-person during normal hours at a passport agency other than the Washington Passport Agency in Washington, D.C.

Apply at the Washington Passport Agency before July 6, 2026

Only 1% because you have to get it in Washington DC. What a shame people in Florida wanted one but will not travel to Washington to get one.

I have zero ability to get a passport, in person, from that singular office. I call bullshit, discrimination based on where I live!!!
