There's apparently an ongoing problem. Be patient. It comes and goes.
Yes it comes and go's for me.
I had a similar issue the other day.. I think I had to close and re-open the browser to get it working again. Worth a shot anyways.
Try unplugging power for 1 minute.
You can also try holding down the CTRL key while clicking on the circular refresh icon in the top left corner of your screen.
