Both 1888 and 2020 appear to have been rigged and stolen with results close enough for only 4 "battleground states" able to flip results.

If Grover Cleveland and the Republic military knew that the election was stolen, they could have split POTUS/CIC roles, and then devolved one or both during Harrison term as we suspected Trump may have done. Note that this would have been a PRE COG maneuver.
Republic military is the Constitutional Transition Authority after each Presidential election. In Cleveland's day, this period was from the November election date until March 4th inauguration (a four month period). [20JAN was not "inauguration day" until 1937, and it is suspected of being the CORP OFFICER inauguration day for the US CORP created 15OCT1933.]

Yes. There are two. Also the author wrote a 3rd book called the Last president (also 1900) about the chaos of electing a populist outsider
All three books can be bought as a bundle today, although "The Last President" was a standalone novel without Baron Trump. They can also be downloaded for free from Archive.org the last time I looked and downloaded my own copies.

I remember when Project Gutenberg was text only and didn't have e-book versions. I originally downloaded all Project Gutenberg texts from an FTP site at UNC-Chapel Hill (sunsite.unc.edu). I could download them in bulk from there. It's harder to get the collection now. I haven't downloaded in a few years, so I'm sure there are more books that I would want.
