I'd say that before the elections the current administration must do something about compromised Judges. They can only be removed via a Congressional trial or they can voluntarily leave. I'm thinking since a House and Senate trial takes months or up to a year to conclude the Judges will remove themselves once compromising facts come to light. So, it will be an interesting next few months. Fight on, Patriots!
Wrong. The Constitution says that judges can maintain their position for times of good behavior. It doesn’t say anything about a lifetime appointment nor that they can only be removed by impeachment and conviction. Being a separate branch of government, it should only take a majority vote of both the House and the Senate followed by approval by the president.
