What HIPPA? It seems there are only two pieces of information: (1) the fact that he received CPA in the field, which could have been common knowledge upon arrival at the hospital, and (2) he had been in the ICU for 18 days, which is public knowledge. When it comes to important government officers, whose decisions can and do intrude into our private lives and livelihoods, I regard them as public servants, and their private matters take a back seat to their competence to perform their public office. Was Biden's mental absence a "private medical matter"? No, it was something for which we had an Amendment handy to deal with it. See what happened when his medical condition was papered over with privacy and the nation was run by an unelected cabal.
It's pretty clear that McConnell's senate seat should be declared vacant. That may alter the number of votes needed to sustain a majority. This is a matter of state, not a private medical interlude.
would you trust getting CPA in the field? I want a proper accountant to do my taxes.... (shhh, I get your point and good commnet. could not help myself)
