Too late.... ive seen folks get visas who lie on their applications, fake land and money to show assets and funds, pay off local police to cover up details during limited background checks, and who dont even speak english. Its great that this is happening now, but what can be done other than ripping off the bandaid and deport every single one that have done any or all of the above stated fraud? What about those who have went on to become citizens?
Trucking industry needs massive attention with this issue. At every level from CDL schools to DMV’s, to intermodal ports & rest areas & weigh scales.. agents need to be everywhere
I's about time. 85% of H!-B visa jobs are entry level jobs. It's not about bringing brilliant people here; it's about paying people less than our college grads would make.
Unless they remove all the foreign born people now in positions of senior leadership in many major Tech companies, and revoke the citizenship of those who fraudulently were granted that citizenship, then it will not really make much of a difference. They have already taken control of many American companies and have access to data that was never meant for non-citizens to ever see.
Start with XBox, that just laid off 3,200 Americans and wants to import 6000 Indians.
Literally any Company or Corporate Division that currently has an Indian CEO needs to be inspected top to bottom.
They all bloody do it. It’s an ethnic Cartel that needs to be dismantled.
And RICO should seize all the assets. TaTa, is another Indian company that has brazenly abused the H-1B visa.

There is a War going on for the finite jobs in America. most Americans don't know it. Where are the banks stopping all the Indian scamming of Seniors?

I've had 3 careers ruined by H1B visas.
And that's before you factor in the damage that "staffing agencies" have done to my income.
When the gas station clerks are on h1b visas you know something is off.
