Is anyone aware of post vax mental changes?

I was approached by a friend who is concerned for her spouse. There have been changes in his ability to process information and his attitude. He was vaccinated years ago. I'm just checking to see if anyone else has had similar experiences with acquaintances.

I've read about mood and cognitive changes but I'm not around anyone vaccinated. No one in my family or small group of friends got the vax so I have no personal experience.
