An amendment could make it retroactive, and include such things like restricting first generation children from holding public office or receiving public funds. And make any organization that calls for the murder of nonbelievers and replacement law illegal and its adherents intelligible for citizenship.
This seems to be the best permanent solution, but I believe it requires 2/3 of both House and Senate, plus 3/4 of the states to pass. I donβt see how we could get those numbers:
House: R-220; D-213 (2/3 needed: 290)
Senate: R55; D-45 (2/3 needed: 67)
The state count is not an exact number but currently:
R controlled: 28
D controlled: 18
Split control: 4
(3/4 required to ratify: 38 states)
Most likely: All of the Dems in Congress, plus all of the D-controlled states, would vote against it.
ALSO most likely: Several RINOS would join themβ¦
Any amendment that is good for the country is absolutely impossible to get passed at this point in history. That's why Rand and other RINOs are pushing it so hard, because they know it will never happen. The traitorous hypocrites can pretend to be doing something to protect the country with absolutely no worries that it will ever actually happen. Every patriot that they can convince to spend time pushing an impossible amendment instead of fighting for the Save Act is a win for them.
There are too many gullible fools, even here on GAW.

That's one of the reasons it was suggested by Sen. Paul.
