Fun fact: Regardless of whether they've been charged with another crime, 100% of illegal aliens are criminals.
There is a simpler solution: IF AN ILLEGAL COMMITS a transgression against ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18...firing squad...NO IFs, NO ANDs, NOR BUTS!!!!!
