I'm not, obviously, because the site is unreachable.
I just found out because I was diagnosing whether or not MY access to GAW was blocked or if the entire site was having a problem.
I don't quite understand why a site would use CLOUDFLARE whose job it is to provide ddos protection via caching but then when there's a problem, the site goes down rather than providing a cache image of the site (or provide another load balanaced server)
I used TOR to see if a MITM attack was happening against ME specifically, because PDW was working but GAW was down. Then PDW went down too and GAW but other sites were working.
I get REAL sensititve about this stuff because I've been attacked by the deepstate before. They destroyed my bitcoin miner by ddosing the raspberry pi miner controller years ago
I was also blocked around noon EST (Brave browser/nordvpn) but only temporarily. And yes, I tried without my VPN and/or using other locales.
I mean, one's full of gay doomers and the other's GAW? What's the confusion?

On Downdetector, Amazon Web Services (AWS) is showing some pretty definite spikes since early this morning. AWS provides hosting for a lot of sites and might explain the flakiness we're seeing.
