Good morning Froggos! I been a little more focused on some work lately but came back here for a second to share a thought... the Cold Civil War, here in the States, is clearly heating up. We see two Republican Senators off the board and it looks like 47 is about to see two Democrat Senators off the board. We know from observations and experience that the powers that should not be will often hijack the news cycle with manufactured events when bad news against them is about to hit. With the anticipated address from POTUS coming on Thursday do you think <they> have time to hijack the news cycle? If so, what might they try to do? I am curious to know your thoughts. Frankly, I think they have run out of ammunition. Let's discuss in comments.

I was leaning more towards this being more rooting out bad actors. Every announcement like this is proceeded with some corruption having a light shone on it because of the anticipated news. Yet the news will be kind of light, already mostly known stuff. Don't get me wrong, the general direction and movement in DC I like and really LFG - its about time!

on the financial front I do not see any big surprises for today, IBM missed an earnings estimate, but no major loss from there
on the nuclear front, the NRC is considering regulations that would eliminate the “ as low as reasonably possible” ALARA standard for allowing radioactive exposure from nuclear power plants https://www.ans.org/news/2026-07-13/article-8199/a-closer-look-at-nrcs-proposed-rule-eliminating-alara/ - I do not see this as foreshadowing any trouble, but I think it’s good for people to watch out for nuclear safety

Id wager that some political figure or celebrity that has been on ice for years is going to "pass away," with funeral processions taking over the entire news cycle for 2 weeks.
I'm certain they are going to throw all the stops out to stop President Trump. I know this is already a praying board, but we need to be praying extra extra hard right now, and not just over President Trump. I have been praying over his administration, over ICE, the military, and our armed forces, over all of their families and loved ones, and over every patriot trying to save this nation.
It's a mouthful, but the Holy Spirit helps me with it.

Well school's out for summer, so that is out of the way (thank God). Something something Iran vs Zionists? This has been in the process of being defused/pacified for months now, so that is out of the way also. Ditto for Ukronazis vs Russia. Aliens(from Earth) vs ICE? Also fizzled out.
