Those caps are stupid. They make it difficult to drink, and the sharp edges poke your face. I can figure out how to hold my cap, sip, put the cap on. I do it everyday in the states. I rip them off, too.

Fun fact. Our food is better than American, contains actual ingredients, less harmful chemicals and rarely has soy. There is much tighter control on all of the testosterone suppressants in Europe. Many common American “food enhancers” are banned in Europe.
