IIRC he did not put his hand on the bible for his second oath... but he shouldn't if it was theater. If this was COGs, and the swearing in was for show putting his hand on the bible or constitution would make it an official oath and a second one.
Not from the viewpoint of the constitution. The person taking the oath is the official act, NOT the placing of the hand on the Bible (or other 'religious' scripture).
