A federal appeals court on Monday revived more than 500 private lawsuits against Tylenol maker Kenvue over the painkiller's alleged link to autism.

Is this the chicken or the egg. Was tylenol given post vaccinations for fever/aches/pain? Or was tylenol taken during pregnancy or just for childhood fever?
