Maybe but 73 in Texas and the Guadalupe floods every so often— sometimes 2-15 - 1 year apart — sometimes 30 whatever but Kerrville is already and always has been a 15 minute city — it’s tiny and great food etc but Water Street (Guadalupe River) floods all the time — just more this year and last year thanks this year to super El Niño — I’m thankful for the rain 10+” at my place and aquifers are refilling as usual after years of drought— Texas has always had years of borderline drought/ severe drought then Biblical floods — always!
Well who is doing the modification is the real question. They are just up the road a piece (70 miles) from my home. It might be man-caused or Mother Nature. The "500 year flood event" in 1998 was a thing to behold with a leaky roof. La Nina/El Nino cycles. As well as the weakening at an ever increasing rate of the strength and integrity of the magnet shields that Earth generates is another factor. The bad news is it is predicted to get way worse in the next 2 decades.
To top off the madness, it took a lawsuit from the parents of the children that lost their lives in the flood last year to stop the idiots from reopening the camp in the river bottom. A camp that in my opinion should have never been allowed to operate in that location ever.
This flood vindicates those folks with the fortitude to put their money where their mouth is in a fight to make sure no one else has to live through the grief they suffered.
I guess the airplane spraying chem trails must be in a circular pattern off the California coast with their transponders turned off. Wonder if Bill Gates has a fleet of chem spraying planes?
Drought / Flood Patterns are 100% Weather Modification War.
Fully agree
I have began to believe that might be a very real possibility.
