Just take away their FCC licenses, kick them out of th WH Press Corps, deny them admittance to ALL Federal installations, deny them access to Federal employees, and be done with them. The legal justification is there in the U.S. Constitution, as they are no longer a press organization.
They'll still report about the guy because that is their bread and butter, and they're going to say whatever they want regardless of facts or truth, so just deny them access finally and move on. Just doing that would bankrupt them all within weeks.
