This was in New Mexico. The voter was wrong - as well as the cops. The poll workers were right for a change. It is Electioneering, and according to an article I posted below somewhere, New Mexico is one of the states where it is illegal.
In TX you cannot wear clothing/items affiliated with any parties slogan within so many feet of the voting stations/polling booths.
