It's in the constitution that he cannot. It doesn't require consecutive terms. A third term would not be because of the stolen 2020 election--he had his 2 terms. But if the 2020 election was stolen, I think there's an argument that 2016 was manipulated and then his entire first term was a fraud on him, the gov and the public because it was an ongoing coup.
I think its a better argument to say he needs a Re-do of his first term because he wasn't able to serve his role completely because it was constantly undercut by a coup and constant fraud from within.
The best path is not an election, but Trump being put in lower and the elected president and vice president stepping aside. There are a number of paths that don't require a third election against the Constitution.
