8-27-21 is the date the legislation was passed and stated it goes into effect 45 days after passage. It was easily passed and fully funded. 45 days has elapsed. Watch for odd weather-like balloons, NOT E.T.s ….yet (Lamestream may try some BS). But Balloons will extend emergency Internet coverage.
