If you're going to include Medicare in this assessment, remember that payroll taxes on medicare go for Part A only. That's why whenever people get to 65 and begin their medicare coverage, they have to pay a monthly premium for Part B. Part B has never been included in the payroll tax scheme.

I personally have had to take care of my parents medicare coverage during the elder years and overall medicare coverage is actually pretty good assuming you elect to pay for the proper supplement/advantage plan benefits that you need. I'd rather see medicare payroll taxes be redone such that people whose annual taxes exceed a certain number can elect to either have future taxes for that year stopped, OR can choose to continue to pay the taxes and that then goes toward future contributions toward your Part B coverage.

Now back to the original topic OP brought up, there are a lot of ways to redo social security but ultimately I think the best approach is that government decides on a staggered redesign such as this:

  • People born before a certain year MUST continue to use legacy SS

  • People born between certain years can choose to continue legacy SS or choose to have a withdrawal of a lump sum amount. That withdrawal means that the recipient waives all future coverages such as disability and spousal support.

  • People born after a certain year have no SS contributions of any kind. Those people can choose to opt-in but it would be a very revised system of some kind.

Also one of the better advances in oral healthcare has been the use of nanohydroxyapatite in toothpaste. It's been used in Japan for decades but for whatever reason it took a while to make it's way to the U.S.

You can find this stuff easily on Amazon and the good thing about this stuff is that it actually helps rebuild enamel if decayed, or strengthen it more if normal thereby making it more difficult for decay to take hold to form a cavity.

Tip for everyone reading this....

I've found that some of the better dentists opt-in to become members of the Academy of General Dentistry which requires some sort of testing I think? Anyway my experience with them at least in my area is that members of this organization tend to run their own small practices and don't BS you a lot about unnecessary procedures.

Not a guarantee for anything but their provider search tool might help some frens out.

Great news but this doesn't mean it's in stock anywhere for purchase and that's the critical information a lot of people need to know.

Any Arkansas resident pedes who could check out stores in your town to see what's available and report back? Create a new thread for everyone too

Reply update: Thank you everyone for all the responses! I am so blessed that I found this community years ago and that there are so many people out there who have real life results to share of better remedies for these kinds of health problems.

I forgot to mention that while at the doctor I could see his computer screen showing my chart/record and he would switch back and forth from that to a online library consulting symptoms of what he wrote down in order to spit back feedback on possibilities of things getting worse, indicators of symptoms, and perhaps more importantly, treatment options specifically prescription drugs. And what do you know?! Statins was the top recommendation!

I immediately knew in my mind that was a big fuck no, I will not take those. About 7 months before my father died, his doctor put him on pravastatin. I know because I handled all of the insurance claims for him for the last 2-3 years of his life and could see the drugs he was being prescribed on his insurance plan.

Anyway I believe I have formulated a plan of what dosages to try and will pursue this treatment on my own outside of what the doctors decides to try next. After about 2-4 weeks I will pay for my own labs and get a lipid panel to see the results. I'll then post an update here.

Yeah I do eat meat quite a lot but there are some carbs in there too. Gonna see what sort of food substitutions I can work into my diet to lower my carb intake.

Yes actually I would like more specific details of what she took because I'm really interested in trying to find a "maintenance dosage" of vitamin C/lysine to take on a regular basis rather than these huge doses after problems have been detected.

The same China that has several agreements already in place with Russia? The same China that's been supplying munitions to Russia during the war?? THAT same China??

Good analysis and I could see it going this way too. Putin hates the globohomos and this gives our nation the "in" to make that first step toward putting them on the defense, together.
