Russia wants Donetsk Lugansk and zaporizhzia provinces and of course Crimea but they don't exactly control those entire provinces. Trump would probably like to see them just draw the lines right along the battle front and stop fighting. Of course this simple idea is unfathomable to the left and to Europe for some reason. If Ukraine continues without aid Russia is going to move rapidly across the rest of those provinces.
It really depends on what Russia demands, but it seems like Ukraine is probably going to get a lot smaller than the territory they've already lost if they don't end it asap

And now rumor has it that he intends to clean the table by taking the Kharkov oblast and the remaining two coastal oblasts to include Odessa. And expel Ukraine from its incursion. Ukraine will be welcome to what remains of itself. And no NATO membership. Ukraine's western neighbors are also interested in their cuts of beef to settle old territorial grudges.

There’s a lot to unpack from the Zelensky debacle at the White House today.
But my initial takeaway is, that Trump just got the optics he needed to go scorched earth on Zelensky.
Trump might not help Ukraine at all now, and Russia’s end of the deal probably just got sweeter.
Now Trump can be more lenient with Russia in negotiations, and Zelensky has solidified himself as an irrelevant speed bump on the journey to peace.
Zelensky just lost his most valuable asset, which was Trump’s diplomacy. Now Trump might not give Ukraine anything.
