Wow, I really appreciate this. I'm not well versed in any capacity at HIPAA or really any privacy law to that matter and I haven't been able to find anything that would lay things out this clearly. I suppose it would be up to someone's determination if a public list of those who DO want it could constitute "individually identifiable" although it might not if she merely refused to comment and left out the possibility of getting it from her personal physician.
Didn't all those get nuked recently? Wasn't able to get on qalerts.pub or qagg as of I think as recently as yesterday and several days before. I did a brief skim of this site and it's much more boomer friendly which, frankly, we need as many as we can get of every demographic and the long standing sites can be a little intimidating to them.
Do you have any further information where I can look to see in what way HIPAA protects the teachers? I'm seeing a lot of information about protecting students but just not much on teachers.

Codemonkey got into it a while back with Dan Bongino over the security of Parler. At the time, Parler had a verified account claiming to be him while his real twitter account was saying that he had never even created an account there. He is only on Gab and does not trust Parler. He is at gab.com/codemonkey
The last substantive one at all was I think 11/7 and it just said "Durham"
I heard the owner was doxxed and threatened.
