I am a college student at a small elite liberal arts college and I can say firsthand that this is the case for most students. Lots of hatred for white people in particular and Trump. With a privileged upbringing and a medium that offers a positive feedback to their unrestrained voice, it's no wonder they are out of touch with the working class Americans. Even when I tell my conservative friends about the stuff that is occuring, they are more concerned with their career, saying "I just want to go to medschool, why is this has to happen NOW?"

I come from a low income immigrant family that came from Communism so I already know what's rock bottom is like. And when you've experienced rock bottom you'd do anything to stay away from it. I pray that our country and people will prosper in the challenging times to come, and that God will guide us with his gentle hand to a better future.
