I caught it the week before my wife but was able to get over it in about 6 days just from vitamins (I did not take ivermectin). I’m 40 and wife is 38.

My wife got Covid in August. Took vitamin c, d, zinc, and ivermectin. Largely did okay through 9 days but fever every day (highest was 102). On day 10 woke up and had a coughing fit that scared the crud out of me. Oxygen was 88 (used finger oximeter). Rushed to er. Tried to send her home with just an inhaler. We requested X-ray, blood work, regeneron. When we left they also prescribed azithromycin (antibiotic), prednisone (steroid), bentotate (cough suppressant) and the abuterol inhaler.

Within 48 hours she was fully recovered.

Ivermectin and vitamins do seem to be the route for first 7 or so days, but if symptoms are not improving by then high likelihood that pneumonia is developing and it appears from other people I know that the antibiotic, steroid, and inhaler or nebulizer are critical. Basically at that point you want to attack any bacteria and inflation in your air ways to avoid having to get admitted.

Once you get admitted it seems like they want to get you on the antiviral and oxygen that a lot of people don’t get off of.
