During The Lindell Report on Lindell TV at 7:00 PM EST (just before the SOTU) Mike Lindell, Brannon Howse (co-host), Kurt Olsen (Mike Lindell and Kari Lake lead attorney) and Jeff O'Donnell (cyber security expert / consultant) discussed the video below detailing the various hacking, rigging, vote flipping and ballot box stuffing of the 2020 election.

https://frankspeech.com/video/unmasked-has-truth-about-2020-election-been-uncovered

In the course of the discussion, Mike Lindell states several times, unequivocally, he first saw this video, meaning this particular video as broadcast in November of 2020, after the election, and that it has been suppressed since then, and he just recently "discovered it in our archives."

However, this video does not appear to have been produced in November 2020. Some of the video segments cannot possibly be sourced to a November 2020 timeline. Other information, for example at the 11:00 time hack, the report of the failure of Maricopo County Election Commissioners refusing to turn over data until after the Inauguration in January of 2020 could not have been known in November of 2020.

Anyone who follows Mike Lindell for a while knows he can be pretty fast and loose with dates and gets confused with his timeline of events on a regular basis. Its that, or some kind of 5GW / Information Warfare op event marker.

Here is a link to the broadcast where Lindell, Howse, Olsen and O'Donnell discuss the video. For some reason access to this particular broadcast requires a sign up / sign in to the frankspeech platform. I am not a subscriber so cannot directly link to the broadcast. This is the first and only time I have seen this requirement to watch any of the programs for any of the shows on this platform.

Have no information if it is a mistake or if it will be a requirement (getting your data) from now forward. Not a fan of this requirement. The video about the election was posted to the The Lindell Report archive prior to the live broadcast with commentary about the video.

Hubris, thy name is Anika Navaroli.

No one can be this vain and be sane. I think we will be watching one of the 4-6% that are lost forever at the House Committee on Oversight and Accountability starting at 10:00 AM EST on 08 February 2023.

Here is just a sample at what we are going to hear:

"Good morning Chairman Comer, Ranking Member Raskin and members of the Committee. Thank you for the opportunity to appear before you.

There is an urgent need for us to understand the impact social media companies are having on our democracy.

I was not involved in the decision around Hunter Biden’s laptop. I was involved in decisions made leading up to, during and after the January 6th attack on the Capitol. If we are going to talk about social media and the government, we need to talk about Twitter’s failure to act before January 6th.

I am here to tell you that doing nothing is not an option. If we continue to do nothing, violence is going to happen again.

My background is as a trained lawyer and journalist. My expertise over the past decade has been in the areas of media, technology, law, and policy with a particular focus on social media and free expression.

My background is as a trained lawyer and journalist. My expertise over the past decade has been in the areas of media, technology, law, and policy with a particular focus on social media and free expression.

I joined Twitter in 2019. By 2020, I was the most senior expert on Twitter’s U.S. Safety Policy Team. My team’s mission was to protect free speech and public safety by writing and enforcing content moderation policies around the world. These were around abuse, harassment, hate speech, violence, and privacy.

If no other algorithm or human could decide if a Tweet violated my team’s policies, the safety policy team - my team - acted as the final moderators. If a high-profile individual – like a member of this committee or President Trump – tweeted something controversial, it was sent to my team’s desk.

Every day we had to decide whether a particular piece of content equated to yelling “Fire!” in a crowded theater.

My work at Twitter, and subsequently at Twitch, put me in the middle of key events in history. I’ve learned social media played and continues to play a role in these major events. And two years after January 6th, we still need to better understand the role Twitter played in order to prevent it happening again."

I mean, didn't some one tell her that the Democrats are now in the Minority. The true-believer bullshit propaganda train left the station on 20 January 2023.

This statement below perpetuates the assertion that the leak of John Podesta's emails was perpetrated by Russian (government) hackers.

In the scheme of things, when Trump pulls the Seth Rich Card (did you see what I did there), there will be more than one house of cards to come crashing down.

Excerpt from written statement of Yoel Roth, PhD / Former Head of Trust & Safety Twitter, Inc., submitted in advance of his testimony before the House Oversight and Accountability Committee to be held at 10:00 AM EST, 08 February 2023.

"Which brings us to Hunter Biden’s laptop and the New York Post. In 2020, the Trust & Safety team noticed activity related to the laptop popping up on Twitter, and that activity, at first glance, bore a lot of similarities to the 2016 Russian hack and leak operation. Twitter had to decide what to do. The only information we had to go on to make this decision was what had been publicly reported. And in that moment, with limited information, Twitter made a mistake: Under the Distribution of Hacked Material Policy14, the company decided to require the New York Post to delete several Tweets linking to stories about the laptop, and prevent links to those stories from being shared across the service. This policy was not meant to be a tool to censor news: It was written to prohibit hacking groups from using Twitter to launder stolen documents — the same activity the Russian government had engaged in in 2016. And in this instance, the company’s initial assessment was that the activity bore enough similarities to the 2016 hack and leak that it warranted enforcement."

Some highlights from the written testimony of James A. Baker that I ran through the Yandex translation tool - Lawyer to English setting.

Statement:

"My main goals in this statement are to attempt to set the record straight with respect to certain false assertions that have been made about me in the public arena and to offer a suggestion regarding potential legislation in the area of social media regulation."

Translation:

"My main goals are to cover my ass by making bigger lies than I already have to deflect from what everyone knows is true and to tell you without admitting to any crime how I broke the law."

Statement:

"As the Committee is aware, however, based on the advice of counsel I believe in good faith that I am constrained today by my legal and ethical obligations as a former lawyer for Twitter as well as by certain non-disclosure agreements. Within those constraints, however, I will endeavor to respond to the Committee’s questions as fully as I can."

Translation:

"You know, I know, you know, however, I lawyered up long ago, and you know, that I know, that you know, I will not say anything substantive and, because I have a law degree, can sit here speaking for hours and say absolutely nothing and I have protected myself in advance by signing non-disclosure agreements that allow me to hide behind legal technicalities until hell freezes over. So, if you really want to waste your time I can and will accommodate you for as long as it takes."

Statement:

"And I believe that I can make the following statements."

Translation:

"Squirrel!"

Statement:

"First... To be clear, I did not act unlawfully or otherwise inappropriately in any manner with respect to Hunter Biden’s laptop computer."

Translation:

https://youtu.be/TM8EXwemnYA?t=7 (30 seconds)

Statement:

"Second, I believe that at all times I executed my duties and responsibilities to my client –Twitter– lawfully and ethically. At no time was I an agent or operative of the government or any political actor when I worked at Twitter. To the contrary, I believe that I worked zealously and diligently within the bounds of the law in pursuit of my client’s best interests."

Translation:

"Second, I was paid a lot of money providing Twitter with bogus legal cover to suppress the Hunter Biden laptop story in collaboration with government officials in the Executive Branch to include Jen Psaki at the White House. You are not going to be able to pin anything on me because I worked zealously and diligently to cover my tracks and have already moved the majority of all my liquid assets into secret off-shore accounts in Bermuda and the Cayman Islands. So. even if you could pin anything on me I can flee the country well ahead of any attempt to bring me to justice."

Statement:

"Third, I did not destroy or improperly suppress any documents at Twitter regarding information important to the public dialogue. At all times I sought to help my client understand and comply with its legal obligations. It is worth noting that the public record indicates that after I left the company, attorneys or other unidentified third parties collected and/or reviewed the contents of at least some the Twitter Files prior to their release."

Translation:

"You are not going to find anything in my garage." 😛

Statement:

"Fourth, Twitter disclosed publicly emails between me and Yoel Roth regarding one of Donald Trump’s Tweets about COVID. I do not have access to my Twitter emails, so I don’t know if or how I responded to Mr. Roth. To the best of my recollection, I do not recall directing or urging him to take action on Mr. Trump’s Tweet. Instead, what I recall is that I asked him a question so that I could better understand how he and others were implementing Twitter’s COVID misinformation policy. Asking questions and learning more about a client’s activities is what I think good lawyers should do. And, again, hardly surprising."

Translation:

"On advice of counsel, I don't know if I don't know or if I don't recall. If, in the instance when I don't recall, I don't know if I remember recalling or if I remember not recalling if I remember. In any event, it was out of my purview because I think good lawyers should recall asking questions then not recalling the answers to best serve the interests of their clients."

Statement:

"As you, Mr. Jordan, and others have proposed, a potentially workable way to legislate in this area may be to focus on the actions of federal government agencies and officials with respect to their engagement with the private sector. Congress might be able to limit the nature and scope of those interactions in certain ways, require enhanced transparency and reporting by the executive branch about its engagements, and require higher level approvals within the executive branch prior to engagements on certain topics so that you could hold Senate-confirmed officials accountable for their decisions. In any event, if you want to legislate, my recommendation is to focus first on reasonable and effective limitations on governmental actors."

Translation:

"You couldn't prove I was connected with the FISA abuse and unwarranted surveillance of Carter Page... and I got out of the DOJ with my full pension. As I stated earlier, all the money I got from Twitter and then some is already out of the country so, again, you really can't hurt me in the long run. And if you did get close, I'll flip and sing for full immunity. Better than a get out of jail card. You "can" have your cake and eat it too."

Statement:

"Thank you."

Translation:

"Mr. Jordan, who do I see about getting my parking ticket validated?"

James Baker involved or connected to...

Carter Page FISA warrant / Crossfire Hurricane / Trump-Alpha Bank Hoax

In December 2017, he was replaced as general counsel and reassigned to a different position within the FBI.[4] It was revealed in April 2018, that he was a recipient of at least one Comey memo.[5] In May 2018, Baker resigned from the FBI and joined the Brookings Institution as a fellow, writing for the justice-focused blog, Lawfare.[6] In January 2019, Baker left Brookings to become director of national security and cybersecurity at the R Street Institute think-tank.[7]

On May 10, 2019, Baker was interviewed for a taped Lawfare podcast, a justice-focused blog, during which he discussed his role in the FBI investigation of events during the 2016 presidential election that would be taken over by Robert S. Mueller III. Previously Baker had refrained from making public comment. He stated that he felt compelled to speak publicly now that the report is public and being characterized adversely by Trump and some members of his administration.[22]

In September 2021, Special Counsel John Durham indicted Michael Sussmann, a partner for the law firm Perkins Coie, alleging he falsely told Baker during a September 2016 meeting that he was not representing a client for their discussion. Durham alleged Sussman was actually representing "a U.S. Technology Industry Executive, a U.S. Internet Company and the Hillary Clinton Presidential Campaign." Sussmann focuses on privacy and cybersecurity law and had approached Baker to discuss what then appeared to be suspicious communications between computer servers at the Russian Alfa-Bank and the Trump Organization. Sussmann had represented the Democratic National Committee regarding the Russian hacking of its computer network. Sussmann's attorneys denied he was representing the Clinton campaign and he pleaded not guilty to the charge.[23][24][25] Sussmann would later be found not guilty by a jury.

However, there is a James Baker connection to the 2020 election hack that is rather obscure. Below is a Mary Fanning statement mentioning Baker during an interview on 08/22/22 by Mike Lindell and Brannon Howse on Lindell's The Lindell Report program on https://frankspeech.com/ :

Mary Fanning: "So, what happened was, as part of Montgomery's immunity agreement he had to give FBI General Counsel James Baker and FBI Director James Comey, he had to hand over the source code for both sets, the prismatic and SCORECARD. So when he handed that over, this is a very smart guy, he put an electronic marker. So if they ever took the SCORECARD source code that he gave the FBI, and if they ever used it or transferred it any place, he would see the electronic marker. So when we were watching the election being stolen the night of the election and Montgomery saw China had the source code of SCORECARD that he had given our own FBI. Someone had given it to China. And that was what they were using to steal the election."

Dear Secretary Kerry:

The Committee on Oversight and Accountability is investigating your role in the Biden Administration and the nature of your negotiations with the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). In the 117th Congress, we requested information from you regarding your position as special presidential envoy for climate (SPEC)—a cabinet-level position that does not require Senate confirmation despite your apparent ability to bind the United States to international agreements1—and SPEC employees’ ties to outside organizations.2 To date, you have failed to respond to any of our requests. Yet, you continue to engage in activities that could undermine our economic health, skirt congressional authority, and threaten foreign policy under the guise of climate advocacy. The Committee requests documents and information to understand your role and provide necessary transparency over the SPEC and its activities.

We are writing to request information about Cyber Ninjas’ participation in an “audit” of nearly 2.1 million ballots cast in Maricopa County, Arizona, in the 2020 election. We are concerned about your company’s role in this highly unusual effort, given Cyber Ninjas’ apparent lack of experience in conducting election-related audits; reports that the company engaged in sloppy and insecure audit practices that compromised the integrity of ballots and voting equipment and were questioned by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ); and evidence that you and other individuals funding the audit have sought to advance the “big lie” of debunked voter fraud allegations in the November 2020 presidential election.

Chairman Comer, Oversight and Accountability Committee Letter to Director Office of Personnel and Management.

The Committee on Oversight and Accountability is conducting oversight of the Office of Personnel Management’s (OPM) failure to prevent waste, fraud and abuse in the Federal Employees Health Benefits program (FEHB). On January 9, 2023, the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) revealed that FEHB is riddled with ineligible “participants” who are receiving benefits under the program.1 GAO estimates that “the program may be spending up to $1 billion per year on payments for ineligible members.”2 This is a flagrant waste of funds and may be driving up premium costs for eligible participants. The Committee seeks documents and information to understand how these improper payments were allowed to happen, and what OPM is doing to fix this problem moving forward.

Ernst Calls Out Potential Federal Fraudsters for Double Dipping on the Dole While on the Unemployment Roll

The Iowa senator is asking the Pandemic Response Accountability Committee to identify every federal employee who wrongfully received unemployment payments, recover the money, and fire the employees.

WASHINGTON – Over the last few years, while Iowa business owners and working families faced economic uncertainty, federal employees were fortunate to have the reliability of a government paycheck. Despite this, tens of thousands of federal employees applied for and received financial aid intended for small businesses. In addition, thousands of active federal employees may have falsely claimed they lost their jobs as a result of the pandemic, in order to be paid twice by taxpayers.

House Committee on Rules - debate and vote out of committee the concurrent resolution: Denouncing the horrors of socialism and resolution to remove Ilhan Omar from the House Foreign affairs committee.

Here is what the House Committee on Rules was considering, and what the House Financial Services Committee Chairman Patrick McHenry (R) and the Ranking Member (Maxine Waters - D) were testifying about. The resolution denouncing the horror of socialism originated in the Financial Services Committee, and then taken up in Committee on Rules for debate, vote, and passage on to the House Floor for introduction. To date, the resolution denouncing the horrors of socialism has not been debated and voted on by the full house.

Denouncing the horrors of socialism.

Whereas socialist ideology necessitates a concentration of power that has time and time again collapsed into Communist regimes, totalitarian rule, and brutal dictatorships;

Whereas socialism has repeatedly led to famine and mass murders, and the killing of over 100,000,000 people worldwide;

Whereas many of the greatest crimes in history were committed by socialist ideologues, including Vladimir Lenin, Joseph Stalin, Mao Zedong, Fidel Castro, Pol Pot, Kim Jong Il, Kim Jong Un, Daniel Ortega, Hugo Chavez, and Nicola ́s Maduro;

Whereas tens of millions died in the Bolshevik Revolution, at least 10,000,000 people were sent to the gulags in the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR), and millions more starved in the Terror-Famine (Holodomor) in Ukraine;

Whereas between 15,000,000 and 55,000,000 people starved to death in the wake of famine and devastation caused by the Great Leap Forward in China;

Whereas the socialist experiment in Cambodia led to the killing fields in which over a million people were gruesomely murdered;

Whereas up to 3,500,000 people have starved in North Korea, dividing a land of freedom from a land of destitution;

Whereas the Castro regime in Cuba expropriated the land of Cuban farmers and the businesses of Cuban entrepreneurs, stealing their possessions and their livelihoods, and exiling millions with nothing but the clothes on their backs;

Whereas the implementation of socialism in Venezuela has turned a once-prosperous nation into a failed State with the world’s highest rate of inflation;

Whereas the author of the Declaration of Independence, President Thomas Jefferson, wrote, ‘‘To take from one, because it is thought that his own industry and that of his fathers has acquired too much, in order to spare to others, who, or whose fathers have not exercised equal industry and skill, is to violate arbitrarily the first principle of association, the guarantee to every one of a free exercise of his industry, and the fruits acquired by it.’’;

Whereas the ‘‘Father of the Constitution’’, President James Madison, wrote that it ‘‘is not a just government, nor is property secure under it, where the property which a man has in his personal safety and personal liberty, is violated by arbitrary seizures of one class of citizens for the service of the rest’’; and

Whereas the United States of America was founded on the belief in the sanctity of the individual, to which the collectivistic system of socialism in all of its forms is fundamentally and necessarily opposed:

Now, therefore, be it

  1. Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate

  2. concurring), That Congress denounces socialism in all its

  3. forms, and opposes the implementation of socialist policies

  4. in the United States of America.

Committee recess is over, stream is live again... now debating prohibiting Ilhan Omar (D) from serving on House Committee on Foreign Affairs... exchanges between the committee members are heated... not much bipartisan comity on display... quite the opposite...

"This resolution is BULLSHIT!" for example. The woman of color race card is being played as well.

On the surface this would appear to be your normal House bloviating... but there is something below the surface going on here.

What is significantly missing from the resolution?

Whereas socialist ideology necessitates a concentration of power that has time and time again collapsed into Communist regimes, totalitarian rule, and brutal dictatorships;

Why is Russia left off the list?

Hasn't it collapsed into a brutal dictatorship?

Where is the denunciation of President Putin's invasion of Ukraine and crimes against humanity?

Why is President Xi not mentioned?

Isn't he a self-proclaimed communist dictator for life?

Where is the condemnation of the incarceration and forced labor of the Uighurs?

Curiouser and curiouser.

On the lighter side, note that Mr. Morgan Lutrell (TX-8) is one of the sponsors of the resolution.

You may have heard of his brother, Marcus Lutrell, the former Navy Seal whose experience while serving in Afghanistan is the basis for the movie Lone Survivor.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lone_Survivor

You probably have not heard of this Marcus Lutrell 911 call...

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I3UFIkqx3Jg (12 minutes)

By the by, Marcus and Morgan are twins...

https://taskandpurpose.com/military-life/marcus-luttrell-twin-brother-hes-neuroscientist/

That might come in handy someday.

Not that it matters much, because Morgan is a former Navy Seal as well.

17 Devices... my sides.

This is Kurt Olsen (former Navy Seal), lead attorney for Mike Lindell, trolling the shit out of Dominion's attorneys. Olsen also represents Kari Lake in her lawsuit in Arizona.

Update recent filings in Dominion v Lindell

Dominion and Lindell attorneys have been filling motions attempting to set the scope of discovery as it concerns what Lindell's attorney want to be able to have access to from a certain set of counties that used Dominion equipment to conduct the 2020 election.

Lindell's attorneys have been providing material for discovery as agreed to by the parties to Dominion.

Dominion's attorneys have been stonewalling coming to any agreement by contesting access to Dominion equipment used by certain counties, arguing the need for protective procedures to safeguard Dominion proprietary information and processes.

Lindell's attorneys are seeking subpoenas from the judge that would order a certain set of counties to turn over voting equipment and election data for inspection and analysis. Obviously, the counties are the legal owners and custodians of the equipment they have purchased to conduct elections and are the legal guardians of election information and data about the 2020 election.

Dominion is attempting to block or substantively restrict the scope of the subpoenas to the counties that would allow Lindell's attorneys and cyber experts access to the equipment because inspection and analysis would compromise Dominion's election management and tabulation software and any proprietary data stored in that equipment.

Keep in mind that Dominion is suing Lindell for defamation arguing damage from Lindell's statements about hacking and vote flipping during the 2020 election facilitated by Dominion equipment and software. Lindell's statements about vote flipping were initially based on analysis of the 32 terabytes of data that he received from Dennis Montgomery, who used Hammer and Scorecard (and probably other programs and systems) to monitor vote flipping nation wide during the 2020 election.

If Lindell were to have access to the equipment Dominion sold to states and counties and can use data gleaned in the discovery process confirming information from the 32 terabytes of data provided by Dennis Montgomery, Dominion's goose is cooked.

Lindell's motion in the District Court of Nevada to lift or constrain application of the 2007 government gag order on Dennis Montgomery from speaking about Hammer and Scorecard and other associated technologies is central to have Dennis Montgomery able to testify about Hammer and Scorecard and the 32 terabytes of data proving vote flipping in the 2020 election in the Dominion v Lindell defamation case.

If the 2007 government gag order is lifted or restricted by the judge in Nevada as only applying to the 2006 Montgomery v eTreppid Technologies case, then expect the government to attempt to have a new gag order issued. Expect a new gag order because one of Dennis Montgomery's claims is that not only does the 32 terabytes of data he provided Mike Lindell (via an intermediary) after the 2020 election show the vote flipping, but it also shows that, that portion of the vote flipping hacks that originated from China contains an electronic marker that Montgomery had inserted into a copy of the Scorecard software.

Montgomery had inserted the electronic marker into the Scorecard software that he surrendered to the FBI (unknown by the FBI) as part of an immunity agreement allowing him to seek whistleblower status from the Senate Judiciary Committee. Montgomery wanted to be able to testify about the use of the Hammer/Scorecard system / application to overturn elections in foreign countries. While Montgomery was not given the status he was seeking, the FBI did get the electronic marked Scorecard (and Hammer) programs, which were supposed to have been given to the Intel Community IG for safekeeping.

More on this subject in post below.

https://greatawakening.win/p/15JAvDTQCO/mike-lindell-china-originated-pc/

Lindell's attorneys finally had enough of the stonewalling and went to Judge Nichols and complained about the intransigence and lack of cooperation from Dominion's attorneys. Judge Nichols issued the following instruction to the parties that he wanted the two sides to try one more time to come to an agreement and provide him, in writing, summaries of what the issues are and proposals for resolving them.

From the docket...

01/10/23

Minute Entry for proceedings held before Judge Carl J. Nichols: Status Conference held on 1/10/2023. The Court directed the parties to meet and confer no later than January 20, 2023, make a good faith effort to narrow the set of information requested of the counties and follow with the Court no later than January 27, 2023, on their agreement or respective proposals; filings shall be no more than 10 pages long.

So, on 27 January 2023, as stipulated in the above minute order, Dominion and Lindell attorneys submitted summaries and proposals of the outstanding issues as regard to discovery.

Below are links to Lindell's (Defendant) and Dominion's (Plaintiff) memorandums. They are 11 and 12 pages long respectively, so pretty quick reading.

Not prohibitively technical or in the weeds with legal expo facto inyourendo language. So don't not read these memorandum thinking it will be a slog. If interested they will catch you up to the current state of play without difficulty.

I rather liked this particular request for information by Lindell's attorneys...

"6. Copies of the bills for any cellular connection to Your ballot scanners or ballot marking devices."

During Friday's (01/27/23) broadcast of The Lindell Report on https://frankspeech.com/ Mike Lindell talked about the RNC Chairman vote the day before and then made a surprise announcement about appearing on Jimmy Kimmel Live! on this coming Tuesday, 01/31/23.

Of course there was just one catch...

Transcription starts at 15:10 time mark... Mike Lindell and cohost Brannon Howse.

Lindell:

"Now I'm going to make a big announcement here and then I'm going to have to go. You all know about Jimmy Kimbel. Now, I told this on our show last week, if Jimmy Kimbel invited me back on his show, he wants me to be in the claw game across the street because I'm not vacced and I said, "I'll do that, Jimmy Kimbel." And what did I say, Brannon? If he invited me back I would take the B off of Kimbel and call him Kimmel. Didn't I?

Howse: "Yes, you did."

Lindell:

"Well, you know what? Jimmy Kimmel invited me this Tuesday to go, and I don't know if its taped, I believe its going to be live, here in California, where I'm at. So, I'm going to leave California and come back.

And I'm going to be in the claw game, everybody. But you know what? It might be embarassing. Everybody going, "Oh, Mike. Don't do that." I don't care. I wanna be able to keep getting the word out, everybody.

And you know what? Ole Jimmy Kimmel..., right Bannon?"

Howse: "Right."

Lindell:

"What he's done, everybody, even though he attacks and mocks whatever, he puts you right up there, The Lindell Report and The Lindell TV. Right?"

Howse: "He does."

Lindell: "He doesn't hide that part. At least he attacks in good faith. Right?"

Howse: "Right. He promotes Lindell TV."

Lindell:

"He let's us get the word out. Its his favorite show. You know he use to watch hours of it on end, Jimmy said. The 17 hours of a Thanks-a-thon we had, or something."

Howse: "That's right."

LIndell: "He probably broke Cheryl's record. You know, Cheryl from Business Insider. I know she watches every episode. She probably can't stay up as long as Jimmy. I think he power watched it, we have all the episodes listed, you know, grabbing material. Its going to be fun you guys."

Howse: "When is this taking place?"

Lindell:

"Tuesday. Three more days. We had to wait around. When he made a promise, I'll give him that. He told his people, "How many times do I have to tell my guest that he can come on?" But he hadn't told us yet. And his producer reached out as soon as we called him out on that. So I'm going to say that Jimmy Kimmel is good for his word. And I'm going to be good for mine and not say Kimbel. I'm going to say Kimmel. I don't know. I believe we're going to be live on Tuesday.

On Monday, everybody, we're going to give you all the details, but I want, start telling everybody. We gotta get the word out and its going to be... . You know what? This is going to be... I know its going to be comedy and he'll attack. But there's going to be good that comes out of this just like the last time I was on his show.

Remember that at half-time, or during a commercial, on his show last time, he said some things to me. I said, "Jimmy, we have to unite as a country, the people. for me, what I want to say to him is, "What's so wrong about wanting paper ballots and hand counted?" Brannon. When the Democrats won, why did the Republicans keep blocking it. Why do Brad Raffensperger and Robin Voss and people like that, why are they trying to destroy our country. Alan Duke. What about Alan Duke? I wonder about Alan duke if he got on... I'm going on Jimmy Kimmel. How come Alan duke can't come on your show, Brannon?"

Howse" "He can come on my show."

Lindell: "He can come on. Will you tell him you'll have him on your shoe?

Howse: "I'll tell Alan I'll have him on my show. I'd love to find out...

Lindell: "On your big show, Brannon.

Howse: "Yeah. On Brannon Howse Live. Absolutely I would.

Lindell:

"Wow! That's awesome. Well, I have his number. I'll call Alan Duke. Maybe we can start getting together as a country and all agree we don't like these machines. We don't like these computers. We don't like that Google can just (slaps hands together) dump our votes here. We don't like that every vote in the United States goes to one place in New Jersey, through Edison Research. We don't like... We want transparency. Just like... in our elections. In the RNC. Everywhere. We want transparency. We got a little bit of it in the Congress where the Speaker of the House is Kevin MaCarthy. When it went 15 rounds what he do? So far he's kept his promise and its united us. Right?"

Howse: "Yes. Yes"

Lindell:

"We'll, everybody, I don't want everybody just going on this depression and attack. We were made promises by the 168, or Rona, she's the leader, that she will work with me. Let's give her a chance. Right? Let's give it a chance. That's all I'm saying. Let's give it a chance and see how this plays out. Don't give up on the Party. Don't give up on the... remember, we got to have a new Party and its going to be called... What? The Party of Common Sense. Cheryl, can you write that down. Everybody wants to have the Party of Common Sense.

[A few minutes of digression on other topics, then back to upcoming Kimmel show...]

"The word will get out and I think Jimmy will make it on a fair playing field. Last time he had a bell. Remember that, Brannon. And he got out a bell..."

Howse: "Last time it went on 18 minutes, do you think it will go on as long?"

Lindell:

"22 minutes, I think it was. I want to say this before I go. That claw game and this is the one stipulation I said. I don't mind getting inside a claw game, you know, back in the day you cranked the claw and picked up something, you know. Every probably thought, "Hey. It probably would be pretty cool to be inside of a claw game. Right? Who has kind of done that" This could be kind of interesting for me. Its something I haven't done. But, you better tell me if you're going to put stuff in there... what's going to be in that claw game. You know what I mean? You know what I'm saying? I don't want anything that... I don't know... if it would be evil, you know, whatever, you know, if its stuff that's... . Anyway, I'm going to..."

Howse: "You mean the claw game doesn't have to be branding some kind of...

Lindell:

"Any kind of evil things. Exactly right, and I did say that to their producers, "I want to know what's in the claw game... or in the claw thing." And you know what? I'll take it right out when I get in there if that's the case. But they were really good. Last time I went there, you know, their people, their producers, the people there, even the fake Mike, we all took pictures. Of course, then, they were all wearing masks and of course they pulled the masks off for pictures. And remember, they got this horrible union thing going on there. When Bill Maher was on with Jimmy Kimmel they argued, "How come I don't have to wear a mask? How come you don't have to wear a mask?" Whatever.

I have to get a test. A COVID test. I mean, what are they... living two years ago there. But its nuts. Its something. Whose making money of these things?"

Howse: "Well, I'll tell you one thing, Mike, you are a good sport and you are committed to the cause to get out the message any way you can."

Lindell:

"Absolutely. I promised Jimmy I would do it and he's keeping his promise. So, any way I can get the message out. I don't mind getting embarrassed and attacked. I don't. Everything depends on it. Is it really going to embarrass me if we don't have a country and I didn't do something that maybe meant something.

The last time I was on Jimmy Kimmel it went everywhere. Its still the Number 1 video if you put my name and Jimmy Kimmel's in. I encourage all of you to watch it. Go watch it right now. I gotta go. Mike Lindell, Jimmy Kimmel. Its the first one. I don't know... millions and millions and millions of views... and you watch that and then you'll see a prelude to what's coming. Its going to be... . I want to thank Jimmy right now and I'm looking forward to it and remember everybody... its Tuesday, and I don't know. I'm not sure, I'm coming here Tuesday. So we're going to update you Monday on what time.

Remember, Brannon, last time this was a big thing. Everybody was having Jimmy and Mike Watch Parties. Remember that?"

Howse: "I do."

Mike Lindell Interview w/ Steve Bannon on Warroom

Link to Warroom archive below.

1st video - Episode 2480 Part One, first one in the archive with Mike Lindell's photo. (Use to be able to direct link to these segments, but no longer)

Go to the 5min 23 second time mark to start. Lindell talks about My Pillow 2.0 - new pillow construction using "temperature regulating thread." IMO this segment is comms. Change my mind. At one point Bannon says, "Its like a Hollywood shot," describing the behind the scenes video of Lindell's soon to be released new commercial announcing the 2.0 version of his pillow. Why do I think its comms... search my post history, sort on old, you'll get the drift.

2nd video - Episode 2480 Part Two, second one in the archive with Mike Lindell's photo.

Lindell talks about the upcoming appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!

"The other matter that probably no one knows about, or very few people, is that Oleg Deripaska's attorney, the gentleman I named earlier, was in direct communication with Senator Mark Warner. In 2017, and we have the text messages, Oleg Deripaska's attorney was in contact with one of the highest representatives of the Unites States Senate and the highest Democrat on the Intel Committee at the time because he wanted to talk to, he... Warner wanted to talk to and have conversations about Christopher Steele, the guy Oleg Deripaska was paying, to help perpetuate the Russiagate scandal. If that weren't enough, in March of 2017 Oleg Deripaska was texting his pal, and that's not my verbiage, you can see him in his text messages how they are banding about, they're such good friends and what not. They are talking very specifically about Warner setting up a meeting with Oleg Deripaska himself. And the rest of the message chain talks about the material Christopher Steele can bring to the table, how its going to be bad for the Democratic Party. And these are text messages, just kind of explosive in my opinion that they, the Senate Intel Committee put out a statement saying, you know, Senator Warner disclosed this to us, these text messages, we basically find no there there, to borrow some verbiage that's in the parlance right now."

Here is an excerpt from and article with the spin Kash refers to...

"A new report indicates that Democratic Virginia Sen. Mark Warner was in contact with a lobbyist for Oleg V. Deripaska, a Russian billionaire, in order to get in contact with Christopher Steele, author of the infamous dossier that was used to surveil Carter Page."

16 March 2017

Adam Waldman, a lobbyist for Deripaska, texted Warner “Chris Steele asked me to call you” on March 16, 2017.

Warner wrote back, “Will call tomorrow be careful.”

20 March 2017

Warner also said on March 20, 2017, “Can you talk tomorrow want to get with ur English friend”

“I spoke to him yesterday,” Waldman replied.

30 March 2017

On March 30th, 2017, Warner expressed a desire to not leave evidence of a meeting with Steele, which he wanted to be with only him.

“We want to do this right private in London don’t want to send letter yet cuz if we can’t get agreement wud rather not have paper trail,” he wrote to Waldman.

Remember the dates in bold type above.

Now, do you remember this little vignette?

James A. Wolfe was the Security Director of the U.S. Senate Select Intelligence Committee (SSCI) for 29 years.

Wolfe was sentenced to two month's prison and a $7,500 fine for lying to the FBI during the latter's investigation of his intelligence leaks to Ali Watkins,[7][8] a New York Times national security journalist,[9] with whom he was involved in a romantic relationship from December 2013 to December 2017.[10][11] Following imprisonment, Wolfe had to serve four months of supervised release, doing 20 hours of monthly community service.

Former Senate Intelligence Committee security director James Wolfe was sentenced on Thursday to two months in prison for lying to the FBI about his interactions with journalists.

The FBI was talking to Wolfe as part of a broader attempt to find out who was leaking details about surveillance targets in the government’s investigation of potential coordination between the Trump campaign and Russia.

Prior to sentencing...

12/11/18 / Politico

"Three current or former leaders of the Senate Intelligence Committee are urging that one of the panel’s former aides escape prison time for lying amid an investigation into leaks related to the ongoing probe of the Trump campaign and possible collusion with Russia."

"Senate Intelligence Chairman Richard Burr (R-N.C.), Vice Chairman Mark Warner (D-Va.) and former Chairman Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) are encouraging a federal judge not to put the committee’s former security director, James Wolfe, behind bars for a series of false statements he admitted giving to the FBI during the leak investigation."

“Jim has already lost much through these events, to include his career and reputation, and we do not believe there is any public utility in depriving him of his freedom,” Burr, Warner and Feinstein wrote in a letter Wolfe’s defense attorneys submitted Tuesday to U.S. District Court Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson.

Edit: my boldface above...
Re: Judge Ketanji Brown-Jackson... Do you see how the system works?

Burr

Burr was one of only three senators to oppose the STOCK Act of 2012, which prohibits members of Congress and congressional staff from using nonpublic information in securities trading.

Feinstein

On July 27, 2018, reports surfaced that a Chinese staff member who worked as Feinstein's personal driver, gofer and liaison to the Asian-American community for 20 years, was caught reporting to China's Ministry of State Security.[121][122] According to the reports, the FBI contacted Feinstein five years earlier warning her about the employee. The employee was later interviewed by authorities and forced to retire by Feinstein.[123] No criminal charges were filed against them.

The letter...

30 November 2018

SELECT COMMITTEE ON INTELLIGENCE
WASHINGTON, DC 2051 0-6475

The Honorable Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson United States District Court for the District of Columbia 333 Constitution Avenue, N.W. Washington, DC 20001

Dear Judge Jackson:

We are writing to seek leniency in the sentencing of Mr. James Wolfe, former Director of Security for the United States Senate Select Committee on Intelligence. We do not seek to diminish the seriousness of the allegations against Jim, nor diminish the significance of misleading federal agents - something he has freely admitted to the Court - but we ask that the totality of his service and career be taken into consideration.

We have all known Jim for many years, both as rank and file members of the Committee as well during our tenures as Committee leadership. We respectfully ask that you consider as part of sentencing his long service both in uniform as a U.S. Army Intelligence Analyst and as a civilian employee of the Senate and this Committee. Like many others, We were surprised and disappointed when we learned of the allegations against Jim as they were totally out of character for someone who we considered a friend and had provided thoughtful support to the Committee's membership and staff for so long. Jim has no prior criminal record and he received multiple positively adjudicated background investigations over the course of his 35-years of government employment. While Jim pled guilty to one count of making a false statement to special agents of the FBI, there are no indications that he disclosed classification information, he was not charged with disclosing classified information, and his plea includes no reference to classified information. To the extent there was a disclosure of "non-public information", it was of information considered Committee Sensitive, and the most severe punishment for such action has already, effectively, been imposed.

Jim has already lost much through these events, to include his career and reputation, and we do not believe there is any public utility in depriving him of his freedom. As the Court considers an appropriate sentence if necessary, we encourage you to examine other options available and respectfully suggest that if additional punishment is required, justice may still be served through the imposition of probation or community service.

We appreciate your consideration of our request and thank you for your service.

Sincerely,

RICHARD BURR, NORTH CAROLINA, CHAIRMAN 2015-Present MARK R. WARNER, VIRGINIA, VICE CHAIRMAN 2017-Present
DIANNE FEINSTEIN CHAIRMAN 2009-2015 VICE CHAIRMAN 2015-2016

Want to know who gave Wolfe the greenlight to leak...

Watch this incredible interview featuring Senator Mark Warner (D) Chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee and Vice Chair Marco Rubio (R).

27 January 2023 - Friday - segment taped
29 January 2023 - Sunday - segment aired

Full interview: Sens. Mark Warner and Marco Rubio on "Face the Nation with Margaret Brennan" (taped 27 Jan 2023 - aired on 29 January 2023)

https://youtu.be/99mUO5KyoWk (37 minutes)

As you watch the interview, imagine Senator Rubio is holding Senator Warner's balls in the jaws of a big pair of pliers because of what happened between 16 March and 20 March 2017.

17 March 2017

"The FISA application (original and first renewal) was delivered to Senate Security Director James Wolfe. Senator Mark Warner entered the basement SCIF shortly after 4:00pm on March 17, 2017, the day it was delivered (texts between Warner and Waldman)."

"Before, during or after Senator Warner’s review of the FISA application, SSCI Security Director James Wolfe leaked the FISA application content to his allied media cohort, a journalist at Buzzfeed, Ali Watkins."

Read both of this articles from the https://theconservativetreehouse.com/ archive and pay close attention to the parts concerning Warner and Wolfe.

Now... go back and listen to Kash during the segment transcribed. Kash is discussing Warner's emails to Deripaska's attorney to set up up a meeting with Steele on the 16th of March 2017.

Kash talks about the March 2017 emails between Warner and Waldman, but does not mention the 17 March 2017 visit by Warner to the SCIF on the same day and approximately the same time Wolfe took the photos of the FISA documents and sent them to the reporter.

"On Feb. 13, 2018, the Department of Justice notified New York Times journalist Ali Watkins that it had seized years of her phone and email records. Since Watkins was only informed after the fact, she had no way to challenge the seizure."

"Watkins is a national security reporter at the Times, who previously worked at BuzzFeed, Politico, and McClatchy. In February, she received a letter from the Justice Department, informing her that it had obtained her customer records and subscriber information from Verizon and Google."

"Those records, known as “metadata,” include details of each and every call, text message, and email that she sent between 2014 or so, when she was still an undergraduate intern, and December 2017. The metadata does not include the actual content of her calls and emails, but does include the recipient of each call and email, the duration of each call, and the timestamp of each message."
