A district court may not dismiss an otherwise valid indictment because the Government failed to disclose to the grand jury "substantial exculpatory evidence" in its possession. Pp. 45-55
Basically, it sets precedent that if the government hides exculpatory evidence, the court is at fault.
All those cases we tried where they would not hear the evidence. PLUS the government has obvious evidence showing that the election was stolen but chose not to show it. The district courts are at fault.
In a red state. Our school sent an email to teachers letting them decide but must view on a .gov site no media. They also must watch carefully and be prepared to turn the TV off immediately if something were to go "wrong". Nothing about EBS.
