Totally agree with the entire thread but you bring up a good point. Most patients want the easy way out and will not do the work to get healthy. Let’s be frank, it’s not easy.

Agree with this 100%. The way the medical community has handled covid has led me to functional medicine.

Not sure about effect of flu shot but I’ve taken vit D, C, zinc, quercetin for months. I think that is why I didn’t get as sick.
I’m one...got the flu shot 10/20 as it’s required by my job. Got covid 2/21. Low grade fever with myalgias for one day. Resolved and felt great. Lost taste and smell the next day which lasted about 10 days or so. Will not be getting the covid “vaccine.”
