Standing in the way were 2 cheap, widely available and very safe drugs which were immediately vilified and completely dismissed as dangerous or ineffective, neither of which was true. To bolster the narrative they used studies that were designed to show what they wanted. For example, it was known that HCQ was best used early when symptoms first arise. So instead of focusing on studies where HCQ was used early, they focused on the use of HCQ on hospitalized patients in late stages of the disease where it truly was less effective. By highlighting that it was easy to convince doctors they should not be used and were a waste of time.
To simply thumb through the journals, read the headlines or conclusions, were totally misleading. But doctors who trust these "official" publications saw what big pharma wanted them to see and followed the advice blindly. This is how medicine works at the ground level. Doctors, too busy to question authority, simply take the path of least resistance and listen to those who create the "standard of care" protocols assuming they are telling the truth and have no hidden agendas, neither of which are true in this case.

I realized that only I could help myself so I completely changed my eating habits and began drinking teas and using natural remedies. I'm not perfect, I drink more than I should and I like cigars, but just by diet and moderate exercise I have changed everything. At this point if I die, I die feeling good with a sharp mind and laser focus, and not on some cocktail of big pharma poison.
