I was in Chattanooga early March and they had a mask mandate. I heard they were going to vote to either keep or remove the mandate. Did that occur?

Don't get me wrong, but how do we know when people tweet, they are purposely doing so at a specific time to connect to a Q drop?

Q has over 4000 posts. Anyone can post at any time between 0:00 and 23:59 and it could "presumably" be connected to a Q post.
