I can't speak to "the corporation dissolving at midnight" but a similar outcome could sort of be inferred from the 20th Amendment:
If, at the time fixed for the beginning of the term of the President, the President-elect shall have died, the Vice President-elect shall become President. If a President shall not have been chosen before the time fixed for the beginning of his term, or if the President-elect shall have failed to qualify, then the Vice President-elect shall act as President until a President shall have qualified; and the Congress may by law provide for the case wherein neither a President-elect nor a Vice President-elect shall have qualified, declaring who shall then act as President, or the manner in which one who is to act shall be selected, and such person shall act accordingly until a President or Vice President shall have qualified.
The amendment explicitly states that the terms for President/Vice President end at noon on January 20th.
IF Joe were found not to qualify (on the basis that he is a threat to national security) and Kamala were also found not to qualify (on the basis of not being a natural born citizen) then we do not have a President or VP. The Congress was supposed to act in this case but failed to do so.
This is all obviously irrespective of the separate issue of election fraud.
I think your reasoning is solid, but I disagree on the March 4th inauguration. That would require a revision to the 20th Amendment or a new amendment regarding inauguration procedure.
George Washington was inaugurated late (April 30th) due to delays in counting electoral votes, so there is precedent for postponing. They could swear President Trump in pretty much whenever if they haven't already.
How do you know he's still there?
I think you are right. President Trump was in a very good mood during his "farewell" speech and his words were overwhelmingly optimistic. This combined with all of the many irregularities in recent days lead me to believe there is much more to come.
Oh, and the shills today are worse than ever. Shouldn't they be out celebrating?
Whoa. I didn't notice (wasn't watching) but you are absolutely correct.
Joe Biden was sworn in as the 46th president of the U.S. shortly before noon ET.

There were reports that they had to cancel all of the rehearsals, though.
Maybe pre-recorded a long time ago? Or deep faked?
I refuse to believe that a country that so enthusiastically re-elected Donald Trump would simply hand it over to communists without a fight. Let's see what happens the rest of this week, I'm hopeful that patriots are still in control.
I know it seems hopeless, I know I sound delusional...but these are not normal circumstances. We are at war (have been for a long time) and there is an abundance of disinformation out there.
What I know is that Donald Trump mentioned a miracle today, so I'm going to keep praying that it materializes. I'm not saying wait forever but another day or two while we regroup.
That's not what he ordered. If they give us bullshit then they're defying lawful orders from their CIC.
I'm not sure I understand your point.
They had orders from the President to declassify. It isn't up to them.
Donald Trump won in a landslide. It's not his fault that the courts wouldn't hear his case, but the facts are that he won fair and square and his team can prove it.
Joe is a foreign agent (and AFAIK still a suspect in a Ukraine criminal inquiry). Kamala is an anchor baby. Neither were eligible for office, therefore Donald Trump essentially ran unopposed.
I suspect that things will start moving when the declass documents come out. They will prove the coup that took place against Trump at the direction of FBI/CIA/Obama et al. This would likely include the plan to steal the election.
I still don't get it either.
Here is EO 13770. It outlines rules for lobbying activities and accepting gifts.
The documentary should have been a huge red flag, but somehow everyone thinks he's a hero.
Thanks for this - you're right, it originated from "The American Crisis".
Apparently Washington was so moved by Paine's words, he ordered it to be read aloud to his troops to boost morale.
I've been trying to keep spirits up at TD.win and just found this place. The energy is so much better here, I can't even express it in words. Thank you for not dooming.
They're highly sophisticated shills. Sometimes not even deportable because they're so subtle in their efforts.
Reminds me of this Washington quote:
Tyranny, like hell, is not easily conquered; yet we have this consolation with us, that the harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph.
