In 1995, Dr. Pierre Gilbert, a Christian researcher, made the following prescient prediction that seems to be coming true before our very eyes today:

Dr. Giberts mentions Rwanda as an example of this technology being used. Helen C Epstein in an article for The Guardian suggested CIA involvement in the genocide that took place in Rwanda in 1994. Could the majority Hutus who carried out the massacre of the minority Tutusies have been mind-controlled by the CIA through the electromagnetic technology mentioned by Dr. Gilbert? Epstein explained that “[b]etween April and July 1994, hundreds of thousands of Rwandans were murdered in the most rapid genocide ever recorded. The killers used simple tools – machetes, clubs and other blunt objects, or herded people into buildings and set them aflame with kerosene. Most of the victims were of minority Tutsi ethnicity; most of the killers belonged to the majority Hutus.”
Joe Vialls reported on May 29, 2003, that when we look at the massacre of the Tutsis in Rwanda we find secret agents of the U.S. Government (CIA) used microwave technology to mind control the Hutus into a genocidal rage against the Tutsis. “C-130 Hercules [fitted with large microwave dishes] made a carefully-calculated pass directly over the advancing Hutu, and they suddenly went berserk. Eyes glazed, the mood of the Hutu crowd went from simple anger to uncontrollable rage, and within minutes, hundreds of assorted Tutsi body parts were flying through the air. … this was and is unquestionably mind control, for the simple reason that external means were being used to force an irresistible change in behavior.”
This technology of using extra low radio frequencies (ELF) to affect behavior was well advanced even 20 years ago. Vials explained:
One of the leading lights in this field is Dr. Elizabeth Rauscher-Bise, who was a nuclear scientist and researcher at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, and at Stanford Research Institute, Professor of Physics at John F. Kennedy University of California, research consultant to NASA and the U.S. Navy, and a member of IEEE, APS, AAAS, MAA, ANA, AAMI. Elizabeth Rauscher-Bise identified specific frequency effects to induce nausea, happiness and many other behavioral states decades ago. Clearly, Dr. Rauscher-Bise is an enthusiast: “Give me the money and three months”, she boasts, “and I’ll be able to affect the behavior of 80 per cent of the people in this town without their knowing it. Make them happy – or at least they’ll think they’re happy. Or aggressive.”
The discovery of graphene hydroxide in the COVID-19 vaccines, which allegedly reacts to 5G wireless radio waves, suggests that there may be a similar plan is for the future at a much more advanced level using the COVID-19 vaccines as the delivery method for the electromagnetic sensitive graphene hydroxide. “Graphene oxide is activated by electromagnetic frequencies (EMF), specifically the frequencies that are part of the 5G spectrum.“
Could the minority unvaccinated Christians be the targets of aggression at the hands of the mind-controlled vaccinated mobs infused with graphene hydroxide who are then bombarded with electromagnetic signals from 5g towers?

CIVIL STATUS
Dr. Pierre Gilbert is married and has four children. He was born in Trois-Rivières West, Quebec, although he lived in the Bahamas and the United States.
EDUCATION
In 1962, after a college course in science, he graduated from Palmer University in Davenport, Iowa U.S.A. as a chiropractor.
QUALIFICATION SUMMARIES
He became an acupuncturist in 1972, teaching Dr. Kyoto Nagayama of Tokyo. In 1975, he obtained a license to practice in Florida. He became a naturopath at the Robert Natural Science Research Institute in 1980. 0Dr. Gilbert has given hundreds of lectures on “total health” and has hosted radio and television shows in turn.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES
It has been in practice since 1962 and established in 1974 a system of seven clinics and opera up to seven clinics at once. In 1978 he opened a fasting clinic in the Bahamas, on the island of Eleuthera, especially for the heart. In 1979 he joined a group of nutritionists under the auspices of the King Mountain Academy. These studies were based on the biochemical balance of saliva and urine. Gilbert is the author of written columns and a book entitled “Total Health”.
PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIPS
In 1974 he created Health Seminars, both for the profession and for the public. He was a consultant for one of the largest such firms in the US. He was a member of various research societies such as: American Arthritic Society Gonsted Technics, Goodhearth Kinesiological Research Group, Van Rumpt Reflex Technic.
COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES
In 1981, Dr. Gilbert accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Saviour and he became interested in eschatology, which he now teaches especially in French-speaking countries. With a group of a few people, in 1995 they formed a non-profit company called «SPOTLIGHT ON THE RIGHT TIME» which produced videos on these subjects. Dr. Gilbert also gives lectures in Quebec and Europe. Through his professional activities, Dr. Gilbert was a YOGA teacher and teacher of New Age philosophies, which he now denounces since his coming to Christ! He was also a researcher on UFOs for nearly 15 years. He is now a member of various eschatological and political information societies and is interested in exposing and denouncing the organizational superstructures that govern this world, in the light of biblical prophecy. 1. Boat-and-Horizon test.
Using a 20x or more telescope, watch a BOAT float away into the distance. Watch for more than 20 minutes, you will see that the boat is DROPPING off over the horizon.
2. Plane-and-Horizon test.
Using a 20x or more telescope, watch a PLANE fly into the distance. Watch for more than 5 minutes, you will see that the plane is DROPPING off over the horizon.
3. High altitude flight test.
On a clear sky day, take a commercial flight between 35,000 and 50,000 feet. The sphere of the earth is increasingly obvious within this altitude range.

Telescope test:
• Using a 20x or more telescope, watch a BOAT float away into the distance. After a while, you will see that the boat is DROPPING off over the horizon. From your point of view, it will look like the boat is sinking. But from the point of view of the people on the boat, they are not sinking. They are just floating on the water. • Using a 20x or more telescope, watch a PLANE fly into the distance. After a while, you will see that the plane is DROPPING off over the horizon. From your point of view, it will look like the plane is landing. But from the point of view of the people on the plane, they are not landing. They are just flying away. This simply test shows that Roundearth is TRUTH and Flatheart if FAKE.
About the boat test:
• The same easy test is possible the other way around. In other words, when a boat return from sea, the sequence is reversed. First the mast, then the hull, seem to rise over the horizon. Is the boat flying of the water? Of course not. It is just getting closer to you. Again, this simple test shows that Roundearth is TRUTH and Flatheart if FAKE.
• Depending on the speed of the BOAT, you might need to watch it for 20 minutes or more before it looks like it is sinking. When the boat reaches the horizon, it will be very obvious and increasingly faster to see that it is DROPPING off over the horizon. Then it will completely disappear from your view. Why? Because it is hidden behind the Roundearth. Same for a plane. But faster. Because a plane usually travels faster.
High altitude flight test:
• "According to a 2008 paper in the journal Applied Optics, the Earth's curve becomes subtly visible at an altitude of around 35,000 feet, as long as the observer has at least a 60 degree field of view (which may be difficult from a passenger plane window). The curvature becomes more readily apparent above 50,000 feet; passengers on the now-grounded supersonic Concorde jet were often treated to a view of the curved horizon while flying at 60,000 feet." My first impression of DDWRT is that it is stronger security than a built-in firmware. But DDWRT has weaker security than OpenWrt
