Q seems to be implying in drop #4620 that there is an organization, similar to the Deep State in the U.S. government, that uses (historically co-opted at its inception) the Chinese Communist Party as an operational cover to not only hide its [Command and Control Positions / the real levers of power in China) existence but used as a protective shield ideologically to gaslight and indoctrinate the Chinese people (ensuring a protective blanket / or operational cover) and as [insurance]... in the sense that, if there was domestic or international threat, it would be directed at the CCP and not the [CCP}
Lines 1 and line 4 [CCP] in brackets equates to "Control and Command Positions", not the Chinese Communist Party / CCP.
Line 2 seems to state that the Chinese Communist Party is a cover organization that provides both ensurance from discovery and insurance if uncovered and / or attacked. If you don't really know who is pulling the strings you, at least at first attack the wrong target (Pelosi, Schumer).
In line 4 Q seems to be stating that the [D] Democrat leadership is working with the Chinese Control and Command Positions [CCP] within the Chinese Communist Party,
This is the essence of what Matlock states, that there was a "Russia" that, at some point prior to the break up of the Soviet Union, was working with the U.S. against the Soviet leadership of the U.S.S.R..
Picking up on Q drop #40 statement / "What if" about "China,Russia and others" cooperating with POTUS to take down the NWO [CCP], which is over the [CCP]'s in individual countries or regions, this Matlock statement about Russia working against the Soviet leadership and a Chinese Deep State [CCP] within the CCP / Communist Party -
This provides an interesting paradigm for equating the U.S. Deep State, a U.S. [CCP] that uses the Democrat and Republican parties as cover for its existence and operations.
Here is the puzzle ... Matlock a white hat or black hat, or was he neither?
Was Oswald's time in Russia developing a politically pro-communist history / legend - a white hat op that got turned (Oswald a true patsy but could not be helped by white hats without exposing the white hat op that had something to do with working with Russia against the Soviet leadership).
The [CCP] / Control and Command Positions embedded in individual countries' political parties have to coordinate with each other (when they are not fighting economic turf wars for control of natural resources) for the whole corrupt charade to work.
