Please keep praying for Alaska! If you haven't been, please start! We NEED people to Wake up. There has been progress, but it's not enough!
Alaska is typically behind in National Trends and problems are usually delayed getting up here to us.
This was born out in our Interior School Board and local elections yesterday, Oct 3rd.
Not only did we have a miniscule turnout of approx 18% (granted, we also had rain/snow) but we lost basically across the board.
Being of suspicious nature, there is room for an argument for cheating in especially the areas of the early, absentee and questioned ballots.
Unfortunately, being also of realistic nature, there is room to see that we were out monied and campaigned by the baddies.
They sent flyers in about a 3 or 4 to 1 ratio. They didn’t answer questions at all on the published Values sheets and interviews. They sent (false) feelings tugging letters to the editors. Etc.
It ended up being an avg of 40+% vs 50+% spreads.
Our school board now boasts TWO Trans Kids supporters who are Not with reality.
I'm guessing that unfortunately, Alaskans in general refuse to see what's been happening elsewhere and learn from it. Instead, we are now going to be forced to go through the crap ourselves and IT TICKS ME OFF!
