Maybe he is not a pedophile, doesn't really believe is Hollywood friends are pedophiles, and that's why he thought they'd think the joke was funny. Not everyone in that world is invited into the shadows. They probably feel people out first. Look how long it took Out of Shadows guy to realize what was happening. And had a life altering near death experience before he was even open to it.

I never watch! It came on after something my husband was watching and I was just sitting here reading.

But I was so intrigued by the weird host that I had to keep watching. And then Gaffigan comes on and makes this joke. And then he announces Ricky Gervais gets best stand up! And the clip for the bit that Gervais did was about how people said "You can't say that." It's crazy.

Honestly at this point I can't tell who is trolling who. Oprah doesn't look worried even a little bit. Neither does Meryl Streep. Dinero on the other hand...

My husband was watching some football game and left the room to take a call with a friend who is having some health problems. I wasn't paying attention, then looked up and I saw that awful host come on. I didn't know I it was the Golden Globes at first. The host isn't someone I even would know was famous and the set was really cheesy. Whoever the host was, what a sycophant. It was so cringy. Black woman who won best supporting needs to mind her nipple escape. That was cringy too.

While it made me mad that these people still strut around like they are super special, it was weird watching them at the same time. The bloom is definitely off the rose.

I've seen him interviewed a million times never saw this either. Guilty or innocent I would think this is stressful though. I am one of the few people on the fence about Dershowitz. The only girl that accused him has been pretty discredited as to the allegations against Dershowitz if I recall correctly. Could be persuaded either way just need to look into it again a bit more.

A revolution in education is long overdue. I used to think homeschooling was sort of crazy. We knew a family when my oldest was in Boy Scouts twenty years ago that were homeschooling and I'll admit I was sort of fascinated by it. If I had little kids today I would definitely home school. Aside from the indoctrinating which is even worse now than it was, I feel like I lost a lot of time with my kids. They really suck you into the whole "he has to go to spring break baseball camp or be benched!" thing. Kids and parents feel so pressured by this stuff. At the end of the day 18 years go by and you didn't really take the driving trips you meant to take, etc.

It's even worse now as far as I can tell. Kids are either illiterate or so overbooked and driven to overachieve that they are seeing a shrink for anxiety in seventh grade. Like everything else there is no middle.

IDK what's going to happen. But if the election were faked I would assume that the POTUS emergency alert would happen very quickly.

So sorry for your loss. I think of my Dad every day. The love doesn't change. God Bless and prayers for you and yours.

Agree. I suspect that the "quick and dirty" option would be a lot less appealing if we were privy to what it would really mean. Reminds me of the movies where the young men are anxious to go fight for their country. Then they go.

I bought RFK Jr.'s book. Disturbing. And interesting that for all the "lies" he tells about specific individuals, no one has sued him yet! You'd think he'd be a pretty deep pocket. So you have to wonder if it has something to do with truth being a complete defense to defamation.

I am pretty objective and analytical by nature, I think. The incidence of systemic disease in women between 40 and 60, for example, was the same in the breast implant and not breast implant population when suing for that was all the rage. I was not then and am not now convinced that there was any evidence whatsoever to suggest causation.

RFK, Jr.'s research on vaccines is pretty compelling though. The amount of autism, autoimmune disease and sids deaths since the dramatic and exponential increase in the number of "essential" childhood vaccines is VERY suspect. As is the fact that you are not allowed to ask any questions or request more clinical testing without being pilloried as an "anti-vaxxer!"

In general, I don't think they (Reagan) should have given tort immunity for vaccinations. Whenever the legislature eliminates your Constitutional rights to a jury of your peers, and some executive branch bureaucracy takes over to ensure consumer "protection" through things like the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986, where the protection is really for the manufacturers, the little guy gets screwed.

I think they are stacking, because it would make it very difficult to trace the root cause. The boostered people seem to have had the most problems, for example. The whole "subscription service" for the flu shot always seemed weird to me even when I was a lot less skeptical.
