The guy said Trump is going to bring the constitution, the original constitution before the act of 1871. If that is the case than maybe it means regular people like you and I may be allowed to own a full auto belt fed machine gun if we wanted. In my opinion everyone should be allowed to own one, as long as they're not evil people who want go go on a killing spree obviously those types of people shouldn't get it, but for regular people who are minding their own business I don't see why not.
