Some regular folks have silent sinus syndrome which causes their eye to droop like this, but it's rare and easily fixed. These reptiles have drooping eyes at a very high proportion and obviously have the money to fix it if it is a simple operation. I would take you up on your offer if I had the financial means. Sailing from Columbia to NZ on a flat map is basically a straight (well a curved) shot with no land mass in your way, I don't see how you'd end up anywhere you don't expect. If anyone wants to set up the financial side, I would be down to find a crew and give it a go :)

Moonlight (or the moon's force) is not a detrimental force, it is an oppositional but necessary force. The moon's force controls the tides, the creatures of the sea, and surely many other things we do not know about. It is not negative, it about balance. This is only my personal opinion, but I do not believe God would create a light to negatively affect his sons and daughters. A perfect world include perfect balance, there will always be opposition, but that does not require negatively.
How so? Look at any flat earth map and Columbia to NZ is a very straightforward trip. I've travelled quite a bit by all means and it all pans out on a flat map. Pilots, and their equipment, do not calculate for curvature, and some common flight patterns are absolutely wonky on a globe model compared to a flat one. Exactly, and congrats, most people never get to the point of questioning it, or questioning any of the bullshit NASA spews. If you look closely at NASA's own literature, they tell a very different story than the propaganda they put out to the public. There is no "vacuum", space is comprised of plasma and the interworkings of the plasma is the real basis our physics. NASA has admitted in papers, and even on their youtube, that the earth is surrounded by a band of highly ionized plasmatic particles, so highly excited that they "act as glass" and are impenetrable. In biblical terms, the Firmament (Genesus 1:7-9). Werner von Braun during Operation Fishbowl attempted to nuke through the firmament but was unsuccessful, because it is not glass, it is a gigantic conglomerate of ionized plasma that can resist anything as it is not solid, it is like a hive that can commicate, give, take and stay resisilent. The relatively cheap P900 on the market made it so citizens were able to prove that curvature is a myth. A consumer grade camera with a long focal length produced hundreds/thousands of videos of ships sailing "over the horizon", only to pull them back into focus by zooming in furthur. The ships "disappeared" due to perspective, not curvature. With consumer grade cameras, people are taking pictures of structures across 1000s of miles of sea-level, where "curvature" would make it impossible.
The "elite" parasites do use public comms in the "news" and other pop culture stories, so they are very much occultic, the true meaning hidden from most of those reading.

There are hundreds/thousands of very easy to find scientific papers outlining geoengineering in operational, not theorotical, use going back decades. So, yes, I would call that a gigantic blind spot, unless it is intentional, but I'll definitely give you the benefit of the doubt.
