Not lifting but my buddy i walk with each Sunday. I'm 5'11" and 25kg over sort of dad bod. He's 6'3" and lean. I used to struggle to keep up. Now I notice he takes a bit at the end of each climb to regain his breath. Definite change over 5 months.

I think it is entirely possible. Having Trump out of the picture might allow the blue-pilled centre and right to be more prepared to accept the fact and depth of corruption. Otherwise they're pre-conditioned to view it as a Trump led coup.
It may make the coming together and healing much easier for the country and the world.

I think money is easy to walk away from. I think holding blackmail of horrendous actions means people can't walk away. You could forgive someone for accepting a bribe much easier than someone that had done horrendous things to people. I hope the declas reveals these mostrts.
