Trying to "request a review" of my ban, and it won't even submit the request. I get a notification that says "We could not process your request. Try again later." when I try to click the "send" button. Refreshed, deleted cache, tried alternate browser... all same result. Will not let me "appeal". To top it off, 30 day ban but zero notice of it on my profile. This was manual intervention.

I did, I managed to screenshot the entire "violation" and post it before the actual ban was issued... basically the exact image I posted here, is still on my news feed for all to see xD
