EDIT: I should've mentioned this: Almost everything reported by the MSM and the rest of the media about the Mexican cartels is days or weeks behind Breitbart's Cartel Chronicles. In many cases they lift reporting from Cartel Chronicles with no hat tip or credit given because it's Breitbart.
Q posted this in response to a comment about data privacy, but his point more aptly applies to the recent defunding of CIA-supported leftist TV shows that are now exposed and vulnerable to real world market forces. His point didn't just apply to social media, but to the entire CIA mass media psyop.
It's 2:30 AM, so I may forget some details in these steps. I've spent all night researching and testing free tools that could accomplish this objective. Feel free to substitute whatever tools you prefer.
The instructions below are for Windows and Edge. You can use Chrome too.
These are the steps for downloading all the JFK documents. This is the easy part.

Create two Windows folders to store the PDF's. The first you can name "JFK Files." Within that folder, create another named "OCR."

Install the Chrono Download Manager extension for either Edge or Chrome:

After the extension is installed, change your browser's download location to the "JFK Files" folder you just created. Chrono Downloader conveniently pops up a window with a link to change this along with another setting.

Open the browser and pin the Chrono sniffer to the toolbar. To do this in Edge, first click the Extensions button to the right of the URL bar. You'll see the Chrono Downloader extension with three little dots next to it. Click the dots, then click "Pin to toolbar." You'll then see the Chrono icon next to the URL bar. This is the Chrono Sniffer.

Go to the National Archives page for the JFK files. Where the dropdown says "Show 10 entries," change the dropdown to "Show All Entries." You want all 1,123 PDF links to be visible. Don't worry, the Archives website is FAST.

- Click the Chrono Sniffer Icon. Click the Document tab. You will see a lot of links listed in the sniffer, so below that list, click the PDF filter. Only the PDF links will be highlighted and have a check mark, meaning only those files will be downloaded. Click the Download All button. This will start the download of all 1,123 files. It took me less than 10 minutes to complete all the downloads over a fiber connection.
You can view the download progress in the Chrono dashboard if you want, but you can also view it in your JFK Files folder.
After all the PDF's are downloaded, you'll want to enhance the files with OCR (Optical Character Recognition) so they can be searchable. If you don't have Adobe Acrobat, there's a free tool that can do this in bulk.
- Go to the PDF24 Creator site and download the latest Windows revision, 11.23.0. Note that this free application offers capabilities that other developers charge a lot of money for, like batch processing of PDF's.

When you first launch the tool, you will need to register it by creating an account with your email and password (Booooo!), then you will need to register it using the code you received in your email.

After registration, when see the large menu of PDF options, click PDF OCR.

You'll see a page with many lines like a ledger. On the right, change the Output directory to the "OCR" folder you created within the "JFK Files" folder.

On the left, you can now click the Add Files button. Add as many PDF's as you want. For now, I'm doing 10 at a time, and tomorrow I'll test 50 at a time. I'm not sure if the software has a limit. Converting all 1,123 files should take a few hours.
Here's the beautiful part: Once you've enhanced all the PDF's with OCR, you can now search all of them through Windows explorer. To do this, click into the OCR folder and enter your search term in the Windows explorer search field. For example, if I enter "Oswald" in the search field, Windows will list every PDF that contains that word along with some preview text. So your OCR folder is now a database of declassified JFK files.
World Vision is a front group funded by USAID, so by extension is a CIA operation.
The attempted assassination of Ronald Reagan and the assassination of John Lennon occurred within three months of each other. Both events benefited the political influence of former CIA head George HW Bush, and the two men who executed both events had direct ties to World Vision.
John Hinckley Jr.:
John Hinckley Sr., or "Jack," became involve with World Vision in 1978. Two and a half years later, his son, John Hinckley Jr, would shoot President Ronald Reagan. It's worth noting that the Hinckley family has always had strong connections to the Bush family. The day after the shooting, ABC News reported on national TV that HW Bush's son, Neil Bush, and Hinckley Jr's brother, Scott Hinckley, had intended to have dinner together in Denver the next night.

The day after the shooting, at a press conference, Neil Bush confirmed Scott Hinkley had also been present at his Denver home a couple of months prior for Neil's surprise birthday party.
If the population of the US in 1981 was 227 million, then the odds of these two men knowing each other by coincidence is exactly 1 in 227 million. Yet this story was quickly suppressed by the mainstream media.

Hinckley Sr's connection to World Vision is documented in press releases from the era, including WaPo. World Vision has always been heavily funded by USAID, and still is.
Given the ample evidence of historic Bush/Hinckley connections in my previous post above, it's undeniable that the Hinckley family rendered services to HW Bush and his family. HW Bush was the head of the CIA, and USAID is now provably a CIA slush fund that utilized the services of Hinckley Sr under the cover of World Vision, so we have a stronger case that the Hinckley family were CIA assets.
This case is reinforced by the fact that around the time of the Kennedy assassination, John Hinckley Sr. and his son, Scott Hinckley (the friend of Neil Bush in Denver), were operating their oil company, Vanderbilt Energy, out of the Republic Bank Building in Dallas, Texas. This building housed many entities connected to the CIA, including the office of Russian "baron" George de Mohrenschildt, who was close friends with both George HW Bush and Lee Harvey Oswald.
Mark David Chapman:
The murderer of John Lennon, Mark David Chapman (because they always have three names), was born into an Air Force family in Ft Worth, Texas. His childhood was rocky and he turned to drug use during his teenage years. He was emotionally unstable but found his footing in humanitarian work through Christian/Presbyterian foundations.
It's worth noting that Chapman lived in three notorious CIA playgrounds: Chicago, Fort Worth/Dallas, and Arkansas.
Chapman's humanitarian work led him to World Vision, which took him to Arkansas and later Lebanon. It was during his time with World Vision that he met multiple US government officials including sitting president Gerald Ford.
While his meeting with Ford is not proof of CIA involvement, it minimally qualifies as consistent with claims by past MK Ultra assets who strangely had direct or proximate contact with sitting US presidents. Admittedly, it is odd that "lone nuts" like Hinckley and Chapman happen to be associated with CIA front groups and also fall into orbit with US presidents, while very few of us know a single person who has shaken the hand of a US president (excluding the people's president, Donald Trump).
After Chapman murdered John Lennon, he mailed a letter to the NY times stating that he intended to kill other celebrities, including president Ronald Reagan. Perhaps he was a reserve asset for the CIA's Reagan assassination attempt.

Why would Lennon have been a target for the CIA? Lennon had outlived his usefulness as a Tavistock counterculture asset, and it was becoming known that he began repudiating his past radical left-wing positions and turned his support to the one man who was actively derailing HW Bush's political interests, Ronald Reagan. In 1979, a figure of massive cultural influence like John Lennon throwing his support behind candidate Reagan would have been devastating to the interests of HW Bush and the CIA.
John Lennon's former assistant, Fred Seaman, famously admitted Lennon's support of Reagan in 2011 in an interview with the Toronto Sun:
John, basically, made it very clear that if he were an American he would vote for Reagan because he was really sour on Jimmy Carter.
I also saw John embark in some really brutal arguments with my uncle, who's an old-time communist... He enjoyed really provoking my uncle... Maybe he was being provocative... but it was pretty obvious to me he had moved away from his earlier radicalism... He was a very different person back in 1979 and '80 than he'd been when he wrote 'Imagine.' By 1979 he looked back on that guy and was embarrassed by that guy's naivete.
The press reported that Chapman's mental illness was fueled by Christian extremism, a ridiculous left-wing boogeyman that only leftists take seriously. This detail alone should arouse suspicion that Chapman was groomed for a CIA task. "Christian extremism" is pure astroturf fakery since it ideologically contradicts Christian values at a fundamental level.
Conclusion:
Those who lived through this period in 1980 and 1981 always associated these two events emotionally. Using the data above in tandem with recent revelations about USAID, we can now also link them through causation and motive.

Prior to the interview, his summary of the report elaborates on the narrative and spells out what "bumping" the 26 targets means. It's basically entrapment. His summary begins around 2 minutes into the video, but here's a transcript:

The 26 Trump associates were to be "bumped," meaning they would be approached by assets -- bumped into -- and these interactions and relationships would be reported to the FBI as suspicious. Not mentioned by Taibbi -- though we know his name will drop soon -- is former Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort. This is who Q was referring to as "campaign insertions" in post 1164 above.
Also consider how Papadopoulos was "bumped" by a hot Russian redhead honeypot. She hit on him at the bar and they chatted, which was enough for the FBI to spy on Papadopoulos and later try to ruin his life.
Watters continues explaining how this hoax snared innocent people, then ended up in a House investigation that had its findings sealed by the CIA:

Trump tweeted about these House documents in May 2018. On this tweet, Q said "Follow the pen." Could Catherine Herridge have FOIA'd the House findings long ago, remained silent due to suppression by CBS, then leak it to Taibbi and Schellenberg after her firing?

Others say that's not true, but the point remains: The Obama/Biden White House, their CIA and FBI director, launched an illegal pre-emptive war against Democracy, got caught, and have been covering it up for eight years. Schellenberger and Taibbi also say redacted FOIA documents suggest that Biden has been conspiring against Donald Trump with the intelligence community to prosecute the former president in federal court, which would be an impeachable offense.
