So I went and did my own research comparing Obama era Biden to what's roaming around today. I can buy that they've tried to tighten up his face via plastic surgery which is why his eyes look so different. I could even buy that the maybe even did work to thin his nose. What I can't find an explanation for though is the ear lobes. Maybe someone with more knowledge on plastic surgery could explain the severe change in ear lobe type. He went from free type to attached. Why?
I tend to agree with this, but would part of the work they did change his ear lobes? In the after picture it looks like hiss ear lobes have been reduced.

It's not a data center. I used to live in Sterling. All the Data centers are like on the other side of 28. There's just a bunch of old run down buildings there. Now I wouldn't be surprised if one of those buildings no one looks twice at had some shady shit in or below them. Also worth noting Sterling Park has quite a large illegal population, so mayhaps MS-13 related.
