I can buy that they've tried to tighten up his face via plastic surgery which is why his eyes look so different. I could even buy that the maybe even did work to thin his nose. What I can't find an explanation for though is the ear lobes. Maybe someone with more knowledge on plastic surgery could explain the severe change in ear lobe type. He went from free type to attached. Why?
