This misses the point completely. Even dissenters posting on-topic content are often resoundingly ridiculed and banned. It has nothing to do with how hyper focused the post is or isn’t.
hey man, I’m genuinely curious about this and don’t mean to poke the bear. especially in recent weeks, this community has been flooded w complaints about big tech censorship and how destructive it is. why does this site in turn censor anyone who voices a dissenting opinion, no matter how respectfully (ignoring the obvious trolls)? how is that to be reconciled? sometimes I feel like it’d be beneficial to our community to be able to exchange thoughts with dissenters so long as they aren’t being antagonistic.
I’m gonna guess you don’t live in any major city.
