As I see it there are only 2 types of people in the world: Those who embrace Jesus Christ and those who reject Christ. All who reject Christ are by definition (according to the Apostle John in 1st & 2nd John) "Antichrist". That is, they are opposed to Christ. When the religious leaders of Jesus day claimed that Abraham was their father how did Jesus answer them? Jesus said: "You belong to your father the devil" - John 8:44!
The context of this post is from Australia. I would suspect that most of us commenting on this post are not from Australia. And the question of this Australian law was whether it would apply to a site like Pornhub? For after all it applies to YouTube. What is the purpose of the law? Reportedly it's to protect children from harm on the internet. That being the case does it make sense to apply the law to YouTube but not a site like Pornhub? Now look - it might be a bad law from the censorship standpoint but that is not what is being asked by Senator Canavan. His question is a reasonable & valid one and should be answered.

Name calling are we? At what age should parents let their children on the internet? So you are the type of parent that won't "patrol" what their children access on line? So you acknowledge that parents are "the authority in their home" yet they shouldn't patrol their children's internet usage?

Most of the "Jews" that Jesus & His Apostles opposed were actually Edomite Jews. They were descendants of Esau not Jacob. If you dig into history a bit you will learn that they had "converted" to Judaism. It was more of a forced conversion. They could say that they have "Abraham as their father" but they couldn't say they had Jacob as their father. Anyway none of this matters under the New Covenant - it's no longer about your bloodline but your spirit and the condition of your heart!
The Apostle Paul defined what it means to be a "Jew" in Romans chapter 2. **Romans 2:28-29 (NKJV) **- "For he is not a Jew who is one outwardly, nor is circumcision that which is outward in the flesh; but he is a Jew who is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the Spirit, not in the letter; whose praise is not from men but from God."
That's who a "Jew" is under the New Covenant - the Covenant of Jesus Christ. In fact Paul goes even further in Galatians. Galatians 3:28 (NKJV) - "There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus."
According to this X post the purpose of the legislation is to supposedly protect children! Yet a website like Pornhub WON'T fall under the restrictions provided by (63C) of the Social Media Minimum Age Bill!
Is it "authoritarian" for parents NOT to want their children exposed to porn? You bet it is! Parents should be "authoritarian" when it comes to protecting their children.
I agree! My wife & I had some very early successes. Our primary focus was on family and close friends. NONE of our 4 adult children got the shots. We were able to talk many of our close friends out of it. Some listened, some didn't. On a few occasions I thought I had convinced some of my friends not to take it - but later found out that they did. One wound up in the hospital! Sad part is that I don't believe this is over. We are still seeing many who have died suddenly. One positive thing came out of all this insanity: our 4 grown children are now having children of their own - done of my grandchildren are being vaccinated..
Yes so many of our Christian Pastors were deceived! I dropped strong hints to him even before the clot shots were rolled out. Maybe I should have been more direct I really don't know. At any rate he is now ashamed of himself in that area of his ministry. He has made comments behind the pulpit clearly indicating that we had not been given the truth. The entire experience has been a lesson to me in humility and forgiveness. Our Pastor has such a pure heart that he couldn't imagine the evil that was behind the covid scamdemic.
Many in our church are in the medical field. It was interesting to see that some were fooled but others were not. One sister was in an important leadership position in a nursing school. She took both shots & 2 boosters.....she became very ill & had to retire early. Her immune system is damaged - she now has heart problems. She can't get too active or she could have a stroke or heart attack. She tells everyone she has "long covid". I still don't have the heart to tell her "No you don't have long COVID. The covid shots have damaged your heart".
