So if there are thousands of miles of tunnels and bases under the US, what did they do with all the rocks the machines grind away? Wouldn’t we have to have tunnel openings all over with a steam of trucks removing the rocks? by TheTurdFerguson

Dump trucks could haul them off and dump at a land fill anywhere. Rock could be ground up and sold for building materials.
